Brightened the stone
Easy to apply to my river stone shower floor and surrounding grout. I did two coats. Definitely brightened the stone and water beads up now as well. It’s very expensive but I felt it was worth it. Supposedly good for 5 years. I have plenty left over and will redo in 3-4 years. Stopping cleaning shower with anything the isn’t PH neutral.

Excellent product
This product might be more expensive than what you can purchases at a "Big Box" store, but it is definitely worth every penny! I have a natural field-stone fireplace that was built in the 60's. After having the old mortar re-pointed i needed to use muriatic acid to remove the excess mortar from most of the stones. The acid did a great job cleaning, but left the stones with a dull, washed-out appearance.Enter, DuPont's Stone Enhancer Pro! It brought out the natural color of my stone fireplace with one application (the colors really popped, just like they did when I had washed them and they were wet). It does tend to darken the stones somewhat, which is something to be aware of if the stone you're going to treat is already dark. It also does not give the stones a shine or "wet look" but this was a bonus for me because I didn't want them to have any gloss. The stone enhancer itself reminded me quite a bit of mineral spirits, and it is very watery. I found that a very small amount goes a long way and only used 1/2 of the quart bottle to do my entire fireplace. When applying I used a small 1 inch paint brush and a small plastic container with about 1/4 inch of enhancer at a time. While applying, I had the area well ventilated and wore a respirator, but really found that the smell was not very strong (i am just cautious, so decided to use the respirator). After letting the enhancer penetrate the stone for 10-15 minutes I used a rag to wipe off any excess, but found that if you apply it very carefully and in small amounts, wiping wasn't a huge chore. Even though I did my best to keep the solution only on the stones it did drip and run a bit onto the mortar joints but i wiped them quickly and it didn't noticeably darken the joints.See my before & after picks and see what you think!

Enhances color
I use this product for a few reasons: 1. it lasts outdoors on flagstone (oil-based), 2. the color enhancing properties which contrasts color hues and 3. a little goes a long way. The only negative is the high price, but done once right makes for less labor. Also useful to coat stone after it is set prior to grouting to prevent grout haze. Just make sure to not let it drip into grouted areas, and apply a second thin coat after grouting (days later for full cure).

Awesome if its truly what you need.
I bought this for my gold travertine backsplash tiles. I also bought impregnator pro by stone tech as well. these are both there top line products. here is what i found. after i installed the tiles it looked magnificent, i did a perfect job for my first time!. i didnt want to screw it up with the sealer, so i tested both sealers on spare tiles in the garage. i found 1 coat of impregnator pro will seal the tile but not enhance it or change it much. and you do have to seal the tiles!. then i tried the enhancer pro, this sealer gives a deeper, richer look, it looks awesome, but i did not use it because our kitchen cabinets we put on were already brown. i did not want the tiles the same color as the cabinets, i wanted contrast. what i ended up doing was useing inpregnator pro with 3 coats. it gave me the perfect look i wanted. not to dark like enhancer pro and not to light. i also gave certain tiles on all three walls about 5 or 6 coats to get them a little darker, more contrast. easy and awesome product. impregnator pro is also for your granite counter tops. you should do them once every 2 years im told. hell its so easy why not every year?. I also did not put a gloss sealer on the tiles. i tested that as well and hated the look. i wanted a more natural look. if your doing the work yourself take your time! experiment. whats the rush? its a once in a lifetime thing. make sure its really what u want. please watch the video to get a better idea. >>>>>>[...]

When quality is important
Have used this product before and it works excellent. Seals and protects travertine from water overtime. Reuse the product every 2 to 3 years. Closer to every two and works better than excellent. Be careful what you buy, this one really works. Have used it on many bathrooms, and have never been sorry. Tries clear. Not a cheap item but sometimes if you wanna deal, you really really get a deal this is not a deal but really really works. One of the better out there!

Grout sealer
It’s a great product as it makes the tile really shine. However, it is oil based and it will darken your grout and bleed over into the other grout that’s covered with regular sealer. Therefore the grout looks different colors. Do not mix the pro sealer and the regular sealer on the same project.

Dull, leathered countertop really came alive
I had a very glossy and colorful slab of quartzite leathered to give it texture and to tone down the colors. To my surprise, the leathering created a very dull brownish appearance that hid all the beauty of the stone. Based on reviews, I decided to try Stonetech enhancer. I applied 3 coats and with each application the colors of the stone became more pronounced. The enhancer caused the harder, smoother surfaces to have a slight sheen while the deeper more textured surfaces remained matted. This provided a beautiful contrast in the stone. The product is very easy to work with... but as the instructions advise, it's important to wipe it off within 15 minutes to prevent it from building up and leaving a residue.I'm very happy with the appearance of our countertop and will plan to apply this product very quickly and easily about every six months.

Follow instructions, get good results!
Good product. Followed directions to the letter. Applied to rustic granite vanity top using 4 inch roller. Quickly applied(so absorbtion time was essentially the same) one even coat, set for 12 minutes, wiped evenly with clean white cloth, let set 24 hours before I installed to be sure of color and even saturation. Done! Doesn't bead water like oil, but water wipes right up without any assorbtion into top. Perfect in that regard.
