Missing pieces, always start with the border first.
My family and I love the puzzle p picture. However, we weren't even able to put the border together as it was already missing pieces. Very disappointed.

Missing two pieces
We have a gaming table where we do puzzles. All the pieces were kept on the table at all times. The puzzle was missing two pieces. Waste of time.

Pieces Missing on this Puzzle Too
Several others have reported missing pieces. This was a very difficult puzzle to assemble because of the very dark large areas. Eventually, we were short two pieces. We were in a separate room and carefully checked to see if any pieces had fallen on the floor after each session. No luck.I won't buy this brand again.
