Easy to put together
I use this stand to put my tennis shoes, slippers and sandals on. Each shelf is wide enough for of one pair of women’s shoes to sit nicely. I only had one hole that had to be cleared of shredded bamboo other than that the pieces fit together nicely. I’m enjoying the look and design of this stand.

It's flimsy, unstable tinker-toy junk. Don't waste your time.

Nice looking, but impractical
The unit is pretty, but not very functional for adult sized shoes. The shelves don't come close to fitting man sized shoes and wouldn't really worked for most women's sizes, either. They assemble fairly easily, but do not seem sturdy.I was able to repurpose some of the unit for countertop storage (since I couldn't use them for shoes).

Not sturdy but does it's job
The media could not be loaded. This is fairly easy to set up. It was like a puzzle. It looks nice and unassuming. It's not really sturdy in the middle so don't expect it to hold your steel boots. I recommend it for light shoes at the entrance way

Cute and simple
It was very easy to put together. It’s very light weight, but if you want to move it around you need to take the shoes off the shelves. **even fits high tops :)

Cheap material, paper thin.
It’s not awful. It comes in a small box and you assemble, which was quite simple but a little time consuming because each piece has to be fit properly and hammered down a bit. The whole thing isn’t sturdy, and it barely fits a woman’s 9 shoe so mens I don’t think would fit unless it’s flip flops. This is a cheap, super lightweight shelf for a small space but it’s not a bookshelf, it’s like a cheap space filler for a few small books or small shoes. Totally overpriced at $36, I’d say it’s worth about $16-18.

Nightmare! “Instructions” in Chinese!
It’s a pile of sticks and boards. Even if I could read Chinese characters, the very few images reveal nothing about how they fit together. $5 of material for $35. Nothing like the item pictured. Ugh!
