The problem is the magnetic parts that keep it closed. I use my planner and write and when the I use the pen to write it won’t allow it.

Help for those looking for an S9 Ultra Case/Keyboard (vs. S8 Ultra)
Please note: My research is on the S8 ULTRA and S9 ULTRA ONLY:If I needed a keyboard case for an S8 Ultra, I would have kept this, but exchanged this one; it came with a scratch on it, and a quality issue on an inside edge. So if you are looking for something for an S8 Ultra, I consider this good - just exchange it for another if you find quality issues with yours.The keyboard cover in this review did fit my S9 size-wise, and did pair, and did work. The problem is the opening for the cameras on the back near the pen area is not the right size, and one of the cameras is partically obstructed, and being pressed down on by the cover. So I returned it, and I'm researching other options for my S9 Ultra.

Magnetic distortion
This case is very faulty. Their magnets are not calibrated and act up.turns the screen off even with cover at the back (not covering the screen ). Also when you draw or write the magnets affects the screen by creating a magnetic distortion which beds the words. It’s is trash. DONT BUY

Case has minor inconveniences.
I thought the keyboard would integrate more into case. For travel. which it does not. I kept for the keyboard mainly due to its size and backlighting. The case is not as nice for use while walking or mobile tasks. So I use a rugged case with hand grip for that.
