Love this oil. glad I tried it, its got a high smoke point and is high in vitamin E & C. tiger nuts are a great source of arginine, magnesium, a super non-meat protein, high fiber, & potassium. It has a lot more healthy benefits; look them up! It has a mild nutty flavor. I'm using it to cook with plus I also add some to my morning shake.

This oil has a slightly sweet and fragrant flavor. It's delicious to drizzle over salad and other dishes. It's AIP friendly for people with autoimmune issues and it would be a delicious addition to a KETO diet as well.

Nice product. Mild in flavor when used as a replacement for melted coconut oil.

I’m allergic to nut oils so this tigernut oil is a great alternative. It is light and has a slightly nutty flavor... I drizzle it over steamed vegetablies and salads and even dip bread in it.

This oil tastes good on salads and in smoothies, etc, but I think it's mixed with soybean oil because it caused an allergic reaction like what soy causes and has the smooth consistency of soybean oil. (I'm not allergic to tigernuts.) I've read that mixed oils can be an issue with cheap olive oils, but was unaware of it being an issue with Tigernut oil. Beware if you have any allergies/sensitivities.

Very good product. The price is a bit high but I am assuming it is due to the high production cost and scarce sources.

On the bottle it says that it may contain traces of tree nuts in it

My family used this to cook with and for the skin . It is very useful and it gives your skin a glow .
