I have purchased many of these ab trainers always conscious of the price because they range in cost massively. I purchased this one not expecting much for the price I paid. I was amazed when I tried it, the different strength levels really do give your stomach a workout and as you use it more and more you can increase the intensity and you really feel it. Highly recommend them

This belt works to train the muscles through electrical stimulation supplied by a machine rather than our body. Originally this type of machine was used on people who could not use their bodies properly so the machines helped to exercise the muscles artificially. This particular device is designed to be applied to the abdomen where it stimulates the abs to exercise and tighten. This comes with well written directions and with regular use can tighten the muscles though the ability of the machine is limited. This has multiple levels of power which can be applied and a timer which will shut off the machine automatically. It is easy to use and I have had no problem using this during normal activity at the medium to lower levels of power. With higher levels I have to stop activities because the workout can be quite intense. Also while the size can be adjusted this isn’t going to fit on really large overweight or children’s abdomens. So does it work? This works through the same principle as regular exercise, except the energy is artificially supplied so it does work if used regularly. The real question is, is this a good device? So far after months of use it has held up well and continues to work well. I haven’t had any problems with it. I have not dealt with the manufacturer at all. I cannot speak for long term use but do far this works well.

I have been using this ab belt machine for a few weeks now, and it works great for what it is supposed to do, which is flex my abs, however I keep ending the workout with rashes on my skin and feeling itchy afterwards for about 5 minutes. The belt has a great amount of velcro to lock onto your body. I love how I don't need to buy reusable gels that get gross after a little while; I just have to spray the nodes with water to prevent me from getting shocked (which sounds weird, but it's true). Also, I like how the remote is removable to allow for easy charging without having to bring the whole belt to the charging station / cable. Aside from the rash issue (which btw I am usually one with no allergies to anything), this ab belt is pretty awesome and if you don't mind being itchy for a few minutes after the "workout," then this is definitely for you!
