Fresh and flavorful and very strong! Not like the fake Chinese ginger that is huge but weak. This is the real deal!

This is absolutely the best ginger I've ever eaten in my life.I've been eating ginger for a while but I started getting concerned about it coming from China and contaminants excetera excetera. so I found this ginger on Amazon ordered it and have been blown away by its wonderful delicious flavor and super potency.I highly recommended great product great seller!

I can't be without fresh ginger- I use it every day for sauces, dressings, teas, and drinks. Unfortunately, the ginger available at the local market is shriveled and almost never organic, so I started ordering fresh ginger and turmeric online. This is very nice ginger, it shipped quick and arrived plump and lovely. I would order this ginger again. Five stars.

Edit**** The customer service is excellent!These were a bit soft when I received them. Planted them anyway. Went to check them since they’ve been planted and they’re now mushy and completely dead. Been growing ginger for years and have never had this happen.

None of the roots were old or moldy. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and freshness.

I recommend this company. I ordered from another place and got huge ginger. This company has the smaller roots and taste great!

Received ginger in cardboard box (nothing unusual) within three days it was molding and mushy. Had to throw it out. Would never buy again.

mixture of good and bad. some with dried edges/ dead. i also received small cut pieces. i will not reorder
