Initially, we were very impressed by this unit. It did work as advertised, climbing up stairs, and walls. However, after about three weeks of use, we found it was not a reliable unit.First, I would agree with other reviewers that the app and instructions are not very helpful. Yes, you can set the settings but the instructions were not very clear beyond its basic functions. Because of this, we really couldn’t get it to run more than once before having to pull it out, recharge and run the unit again the next day.Secondly, after about a dozen uses, we cannot get the unit to turn back on. I noticed another reviewer indicated that he had to push the start button back into place and maybe that is why our unit isn’t working. I’d rather not chance it, and keep the unit longer than its deadline to return.Lastly, I wish it was more predictable in its patterns so I can tell whether or not it is vacuuming the entire floor and walls or not. When you place it in the water, even if you’re laying it straight, it seems to go off in a diagonal direction or basically any other direction other than where you pointed it. Therefore, you can’t be sure if it’s really covering your entire pool floor. When I do empty the basket, there is debris and dirt I do notice that the fine dirt doesn’t necessarily get sucked up but we also have a pool filter so I’m sure that is picking up any fine debris . .If it weren’t for the fact that it does not reliably power on, I would have considered keeping it.——————————-A few weeks after I returned the unit, the company offered a replacement unit saying I must have had a defective unit. The stuck power button was the main reason for my original 2 star review. Now that it’s not an issue, I’ve updated it to 4 stars.I’ve had the unit for about three weeks now. I have not had any issues with the power button, so that’s good.Pros:-the unit does climb walls and sucks up debris and grit from the pool. It is fascinating to watch it go up the walls because I wasn’t convinced it would actually do it. It does.- cleaning out the basket is easy. I just hose it out. I saw that other reviews mentioned it was hard to clean out certain crevices but I definitely don’t have that problem.- now that I’m used to how the unit and app works, it’s easy to repeat the process- love the fact this is completely cordless. I really didn’t like those vacuums with hoses that are a pain to pull out of the pool or you’ll have to swim around the hoses if you chose to leave it in the pool. This you can leave in the pool and it is almost unnoticeable.-charging is easy.Cons:- yes, the app is very basic and not very intuitive. You can only set the pattern, schedule or mode (climb walls or not etc). It doesn’t tell you how much charge is left in the unit so you don’t know when you need to recharge it.- if you want this to vacuum in a very uniform pattern, this unit will drive you crazy. It’s like those basic Roombas that wander around your house with no discernible pattern. I don’t want tonspend 30 min staring at the vacuum running to see if it vacuumed the entire floor. I’ve let go of my OCD on this issue and figure with scheduling it to run a few times a week, it will eventually get to most of the floor.-the cap that covers the charging port has a very short attaching strap. I wish it was a little longer so I can screw the cap back on a little easier. Not a deal breaker though.Tip-I set it on a schedule so the unit doesn’t just run until it dies which means I don’t need to recharge it was often as I did previously with my first unit.

This product basically works and moves around the pool and climbs the walls, BUT the App is way too basic and pretty much useless even though you have to down load it to operate it. You would think if you are going to make a Wi-Fi product you can put some effort into the app and the controls. You have pool shape and mode to clean which did not work for me. First off WHY could you not add a start and stop button option? maybe because the wifi is only good when it is out of the water. The floor Only option which I would mostly use does not work on my pool. BIG PROBLEM! my fiberglass pool goes from 3 feet deep to 9' deep. When it makes it to the deep end it will not go back up to lower level. As soon as it hits a slope I guess it thinks its a wall and stops and goes back which then only cleans a 5; X 5; area on the bottom of the deep end is stops. It also gets STUCK when it goes straight over the drain. It can take up to 5 minutes wasting time to push off then runs out and I have to use the hook to pick it up on the bottom of the deep end to take it out. a simple docking feature back to the start should be easy enough to program. I will try this a couple more times and decide to return it for the other non-Wybot brand. This unit does pick up leaves but the basket can loose a lot of small debris. The Aiper-Seagull model says it climbs floors up to 30 degrees and has a better debris basket and it is cheaper. I bought model for the suction power and wifi to operate by phone but that I would rate 3 out of 10. Maybe I should just return and go to the other model. Future update may follow soon.

I'm very happy with the cleaning power, the ease of emptying the debris basket and battery life. I have a Mid Century Modern "ameba" shaped pool that goes from 3' to 11'. This pool cleaner goes up the sides with ease and does a great job of cleaning the bottom as well. It even navigates the pool shelf very well. My main issue with the cleaner is that the On/Off button started to stick after the 2'nd use. It still works but I have to try and pull the button up through the rubber casing. I shouldn't have to deal with this poorly designed on/off switch. If they fix this flaw, this Wybot would be amazing.

So after 2 days with this robot, I’m not sure how I feel about it. I will say it seems to do a good job vacuuming the pool but… there are a couple things I’m not crazy about and it’s mainly the app…It’s not very intuitive to use, and it does NOT provide enough info in my opinion… it would be nice if it alerted you when the robot stops and starts….. or how much time is left until it completes its cleaning cycle. Would also be nice if you could see the battery level on the app. And when it’s charging if it could alert you as to when it was completely charged so you knew when it was ready to go.These may seem like little simple things but…. It seems as though I spend a lot of time going out to the back yard to the pool to check the status of the cleaner or down to the garage to see if it’s charged yet. Or even wondering if it is actually charging…. Could be better. I’ll up date further at a later date. But as of now… I’m wishing I’d have looked closer at these features. Also my old vacuum the bottom of the basket opened up so when to sing it was easier to rinse, this one does not. I find my self struggling to clean and rinse the basket without getting myself soaked.

Arrived this afternoon ! Wow.... I've had pool cleaners of all types since the 1970's. Threw my Polaris over the pool fence three days ago and ordered this, after two days of study online. Hopefully it keeps working like it did today. Cleaned for 2.5 hours and then I shut down as the pool was completely clean. Free form 25' x 50' My old Polaris ran six hours every day and never got many of the areas this found... and cleaned.

Ich hatte mir diesen Poolreiniger bestellt, weil ich ihn mit einer App steuern kann. Bestellt, ausgepackt, aufgeladen und mir die angegebene App runter geladen.Leider konnte die App nicht alle Schritte in der Anmeldung für den Poolroboter bearbeiten und brach einfach ab.Ich habe 2 weitere Android Geräte ausprobieren mit dem selben Ergebnis. Der Kundenservice antwortet schnell, konnte jedoch das Problem nicht lösen. Daher ging dieser Poolroboter zurück ohne das er jemals meinen Pool reinigen konnte.Nachtrag:Die Firma hat mir kostenlos ein Gerät angeboten um dieses neu zu testen.Dieses erfolgte nun. App Verbindung sofort gefunden. Den Roboter ins Wasser gesetzt und reinigen lassen. Alles bestens. Er macht sehr gut sauber und macht was er soll. Er ist sehr leise und reinigt sehr zuverlässig die Wasserlinie. Das Reinigen vom Auffangkorb ist leider etwas aufwendiger. Es setzt sich in einer Kante leider der Dreck ab. Hier kommt man nicht einfach dran. Mit einem Wasserstrahl kann der Dreck ausgespült werden jedoch sollte man dort genau zielen. Einfacher wäre es wenn der Boden vom Korb geöffnet werden könnte. Fazit ein guter Reiniger der leise und zuverlässig reinigt.

The media could not be loaded.  Tengo piscina de gresite, con escaleras, y sube las paredes y lo limpia muy bien, el filtro recoge todo el polvillo y pelusas que la depuradora no coge, va súper bien.Es muy fácil de abrir y limpiar el filtro.Recoge hasta el polvo que cae cuando llueve barro.No le doy 5 porque la App no sirve para nada, solo para ponerlo en marcha, lo cual es una tontería, ya que con darle al boton del robot sería suficiente. Creo que deberían mejorar la App para poder hacer limpiezas más cortas, ya que todos los modos de limpieza duran 3h hagan lo que hagan.La atención del vendedor es muy buena! He tenido varios mensajes con ellos por dudas de funcionamiento o mejoras y responden en pocas horas, en español, muy rápidos y atento, dando instrucciones o trucos para adecuarlos a mis necesidades.Recomendado.Ya veis en la foto lo limpia que queda la piscina!

Devo dare 4 stelle non per la pulizia perché è un prodotto veramente valido che acquisterei altre molte volte facile da usare e fa bene il suo lavoro, purtroppo per il prezzo che ha non hanno pezzi di ricambio e come nel mio caso mi trovo in difficoltà ma grazie all'assistenza mi sono venuti in contro e mi sostituiscono l'intera macchina quindi valuto che sia quasi perfetto spero che si aggiornano solo sui pezzi di ricambio dell'intera macchina

Limpa bem, tem uma boa capacidade de aspiração e muito boa autonomia, mais do que a anunciada. o único senão é por vezes não aspirar completamente toda a área do chão da piscina. Aspira as paredes e limpa no limite da água o que é excelente. Só não leva as 5 estrelas pela razão anunciada, nem sempre completa a área do chão.
