Worked to some degree - but more more stubborn rust not so good
Needed to remove some rust from my garden BBQ. This product was ok, it removed some of the visible rust but with the more stubborn rust it had little effect. Maybe the BBQ was too rusty, however, I was expecting more.

Not sure what "cold shock" means but the product is fine. Amazon driver messed up again :(
No problem with this, it is a good make and works well. Tracking was signed off "handed to resident". In fact the parcel had been left on a bench some 200 yards away. Tackled east european driver about it and apparently it's the app that counts not the address label. Thank God RM, DPD, DHL, Evri etc don't use the same app.
