Very useful don’t rust

The media could not be loaded. The quality of this faucet, materials and instructions are excellent. I was more than impressed and a little surprised as this was a lot better than I expected.Also surprising, I did not realize that this included an option for connecting to a water filter apparently. We do filter our water via an external device today. Will have to look into some filter options that will work with this faucet, seems universal but I do not know that for sure yet. (will update on that more later).Everything about this faucet looks and feels like quality. This is NOT plastic, its metal and a substantial amount of metal too!

When I received this item in April it was great. I loved that I could use it for my filtered water and regular tap water, the look itself isn’t cheap looking so I was content with my purchase. Fast forward to now October the braiding on the hose became undone and when I turn on the water what I’m assuming is rubber, expands as the water flows. The harder the flow the more it expands. I reached out directly to the seller and we exchanged messages for about two days due to the time change. All I wanted was a replacement since it hasn’t even hit the year mark. Then they tell me to contact Amazon representatives since I purchased the item through them. I have done so and because it’s been several months I’m pretty much stuck with this faucet. Amazon nor the seller was able to assist me. I provided my order number and proof of what is going on with the hose I’ve spent about three days now giving both parties an opportunity to resolve my issue while I’m not able to use my faucet to its full power. I’ve been reasonable and patient for nothing. My review is based on the look of the faucet and the functions but the missing stars are due to my time being wasted, poor customer service and lastly the fact that I hadn’t even hit a full year before this gave out.

The media could not be loaded. Purchase this in August 2023. Had it installed by plumber. Worked great, looked great. The water filter knob started dripping yesterday, so I contacted Amazon as you can’t take it apart to try to fix it. Amazon couldn’t replace it but they did send refund code, and I have to box it up and take it to UPS. I might’ve got a faulty one, but I’m choosing not to order this one again just in case.Update 12/23/23: So I ended up ordering another one because I couldn't find one with built in drinking faucet that worked for my small bar sink (we only have the one hole drilled for faucet and soap dispenser hole). We installed the new faucet and the next day the quick connect blew apart under the sink. We ended up returning again and ordering another one. Same issue. We made sure it clicked and turned on and blew apart. Might be an issue with their quick connect part, so we turned down the water pressure under our sink and so far its ok, but the water pressure stinks. Drinking water portion works fine, though. I emailed the company's customer service over 3 weeks ago to see if there is a known issue with that part or if we are doing something wrong, but no response. Keeping it for now as we mostly use that faucet for the drinking water, but hoping other more known manufacturers will start making all in one faucets so we will have options in the future when this one doesn't work correctly anymore.Update 7/14/24: Never got a response from customer service on previous issue. This 3rd one worked for almost 7 months, then once again with the dripping water filter knob on the end. Definitely not buying again. Like the look, but definitely a faulty faucet with issues. Your taking a chance if you order this faucet.

This is an updated review, the customer service quickly responded and manufactured a modified version to fix the problem. They literally improved the design according to customer’s feedback in a few days. I’ve never experienced a company that move so quickly in responding to feedback.Original post:The overall quality is OK, my plumber took a relatively short amount of time to install it and no leaking was observed. But the water outlet is too close to the edge which makes it almost unusable without pulling the tube out. I’ll try to keep it longer to see if I can get used to it. But don’t have a high hope.

First off, I want to say that the quality of this faucet is well worth the money. We have a sink that has only the one adjustable handle instead of 2 separate knobs that you can turn from hot to cold, so this is exactly what I was looking for! For someone who knows what they are doing (my husband in this case), it seems like it would be, and was for my husband, a pretty easy installation process. There were no missing parts and clear instructions included. Works great! I love the fact that it has the water purification knob so I can get tasty, filtered water to drink at any time. The sprayer hose also has great pressure, with just the touch of a button, you can switch between stream and spray modes easily. We were seriously do for a new kitchen faucet and I'm so glad I came across this one. Sleek, modern, and functional. Did I mention it only took all of 20 minutes to install? Very pleased with this one. Definitely recommend for anyone looking to upgrade their kitchen sink!

The kitchen faucet with water filter and pull down sprayer by HEISOK is a high quality and well made product that offers some nice and useful features. comes with a user manual and all the hardware you need for installation. i LOVE the brushed nickel design and the pull down sprayer location, we had a small leak on our old kitchen faucet and had to replace it and this one is just the perfect replacement. installation was easy and didn't took as long as i thought, everything works perfect no leaks or complaints. the 3 modes (stream, spray and purifier) makes everything so easy to use, i kind of like that feature.very recommended quality replacement kitchen faucet and in a very good value.

barely makes it far enough to land the water into the sink. also, the toggle button for spray pattern is in the worst possible location, leading to accidentally toggling spray pattern at the worst possible moment almost every time.
