Very happy with final finish
As long as you follow the instructions closely you should be fine. After removing the rust patches I applied this product several times just to make sure I ended up with the required finish. Very happy with the final finish.

Does wot it says, but follow instructions, if you don't degrease youl get a blotchy finish

Be kind to your Rifle.
I have a Webley .22 air Rifle that is 53 years of age. Recently I refurbished the Rifle completely. Lock Stock and Barrel. The Abby Blu Gel took a little getting used to but after a few coats the metal parts blued up just fine. Follow the instructions.

Works well
I wanted to black some small machine parts. Cleaned them with acetone to start with then applied the gel with a small brush and the steel turned black instantly rinsed with clean water and given a light coat of oil. Very impressed with the result.
