The media could not be loaded. We have been using this for a couple of months now and have been very impressed at how well it works on our tiled floors and on our short pile carpet. It picks up efficiently, even dog hairs and we love being able to go out and think the floors are being vacuumed. The dust box is not the largest and gets very full on carpets but we've easily overcome this by restricting it to a carpeted room at a time. We love the three suction settings, the way of emptying, removing the roller to clean and the app functionality. All in all a very impressive piece of kit for the price.

I am able to compare this with another as it is a replacement for one after three years which the battery give up.1st of if you are thinking of getting a robot vacuum, do - there great.Coming to the Vactidy Nimble T6 Robot Vacuum Cleaner, there are no negatives.The machine came straight out of the box, ready for operation, with some additional consumables.The thing I like about it is the wheel size, which has resulted in the machine not getting stuck, which the old one did.The suction is powerful enough to keep on top of the day-to-day vacuumingEasy to set up and use application with the ability to schedule cleaning each day as well as the remote control for one-off cleaning.Happy to recommend

I bought this to replace an old vacuum I had. the vacuum function itself is very good, it does very well at keeping the house clean, I run it 5 days a week for the full length of the battery and rarely need to clean up any other sections. it has a basic vacuum not have mapping functions and zones like some other more expensive models. but it will easily cover the areas i require without this. its scheduled to run daily and use the full battery at a given time, and i couldn't get the Google Home integration to work. but decided that i didn't need this for my requirements. it does occasionally get lost on its way back to the docking station but this is not an issue for me.

Unfortunately, my T6 robot cleaner only provides me with a few minutes of operation time. I contacted the Vactidy Team (not easy, as the customer support details on the manual are no longer valid) and explained the problem. I was asked to provide proof of purchase and send photos, and they concluded that it needed a new battery. I waited for over a month for it to arrive and had to chase it up with another email. When it eventually arrived however, my initial relief that the problem had been fixed, was short-lived. I only works for a few minutes at a time despite an overnight recharge.Such a shame, because it has amazing suction power and does a great job during the few minutes that it actually works. I've now requested a refund. Let's see what happens next. Despite the disappointment, I'm a total convert to the robot cleaner idea.

Having two big dogs that shed a lot of hair, cleaning under beds, furniture, wardrobes etc proved difficult cause the vacuum would not go under them. So they had to be lifted, moved to get access, the T6 goes under with ease and saves a lot of hard work. Need to clear things on the floor to make sure it does not get stuck but otherwise does a very good job, then docks itself to charge up. Works from the remote or the App so can be used while not in the house. Excellent purchase.

I love this machine, definitely worth every penny!Works a treat having a black dog but it also picks up dust that you can’t see!Brilliant product

Works ok, but not great with pet hair, good for laminate not carpet. Suction is poor, have to keep it going for 30 mins to get a reasonable clean. Small collection box, but easy to empty.

The customer service email is out of use.This looked like a great product, but after only a two or three days use it’s become very noisy and sounds like something mechanicalhas broken inside.The customer service email doesn’t work.It’s a shame because the first few days it was very impressive
