It did the job well, kept me cool while working from home during the heatwave and made it possible to fall asleep at night. The unit is pretty loud though, so if you want to clearly hear the TV without turning the volume right up, this isn't for you. I struggled falling asleep with this on but it's not a deal breaker as I would turn it off just before I went to sleep and I was fast asleep before the temps started to increase.The ducting wasn't as long or as flexible as I thought it would be which limited where I could place the unit. I wish they would include multiple window kits as the one included is only for sliding or sash windows but no real issue as there are so many window kits available.The last thing is the company doesn't reply to customer queries. I emailed the company about an issue I was having but didn't receive a response so I would recommend using Amazon's customer service instead of going to the company directly.

The unit is very good but a little bit loud but ver good for the summer times.

I got it during the heatwave this year and it cooled my room right down to the point everyone kept on asking me to borrow it. It dont fit on UK windows unless you do some DIY which is pretty easy with bags/tap. its pretty noisey but thats to be expected. very good

I use this product in my bedroom at night the unit is way to loud to sleep with on! Will be sending back as the pictures on the page show a lady sleeping next to it this is impossibleRefund needed !
