So far the 28" machine does what it's supposed to with no bad surprises, and the quality of the machine is really great. It was easy to setup using the USB and Windows 11, and it came with useful software that operates nicely too. If you like Illustrator you'll feel at home.Go slow when you setup the stand to ensure you have a nice stable base - get those screws aligned perfectly in the metal foldy things! (I prefer threaded screws, but their system works nicely.) The stand is nice, and it definitely provides perfect support and roll feeding. It's not overly complicated, which is a good thing.READ THE MANUAL there are so many great tips. By the time I was done I was able to eyeball the default blade setup with the adhesive material it came with - popped that little sucker in - it cut amazing! It's louder than a printer, but if you slow the blade down for the better cuts the byproduct is less noise, so that's a win-win if you ask me!David S. on support has been a gem helping me get the plastic I wanted and the proper blade setup! I’ve had this fantastic machine now for a few months and am thrilled with its accuracy, speed, detail, and value. I’ve cut absurdly detailed items for stenciling, hoping to get some of a small shape and getting it all.Really, for the price, if your a hobbyist, it’s unbeatable. I’m not sure if it would be suited for a sign shop level of productivity, but from what I’ve seen so far, I would wager it’d be just fine.She’s a bit noisy, but not overbearingly so.If you’ve been looking to pull the trigger on something, don’t buy a cricut unless you have a space concern. Even then, if you’re looking to have something you can get some incredible value and quality from, this is the one.The mask it comes with is a bit “plasticy” but if you need to stencil something on a 3D piece, a little heat and you have zero issues. For the 2D items, it’s a boon.In summation, I’ve put this thing through some paces, and some torture, and have yet to find it lacking in any way. Fantastic machine, epic value.

This was my first encounter with any type of vinyl cutter. If you are familiar with photo editing software than you'll be able to navigate vinylmaster cut pretty easily. Setup was really easy and only took a few minutes to get up and running. What a great little side hustle!

I hate setting up and this right here with the right tools you will be ok I put the legs on wrong and one point but it’s not that hard to figure it out. Even the setup on the computer was not hard I love my us cutter and I love how big and fast it cuts how it shows exactly where it’s cutting so you don’t wast any paper.
