If this was a serious product made by a serious manufacturer, it wouldn't come with 8 modes marked mode 1 through 8. It would have instructions on how to best place the electrodes to get the best value and would tell you how the different modes work muscles so you could get the maximum benefit.

This is very powerful, I started using this recently and every time I use it I feel the muscles stimulated strongly. The adhesive pads work on any place it is stuck. The stimulator comes with 3 devices and adhesive pads, the devices charge in couple of hours and it works for almost 4 hrs. It works well and next day it feels as if you did an workout the previous day.

Ordered the ab machine for my upcoming trip. So far it's good and I like that there are plenty of options for mode and level so I can choose the intensity based on my need. I also like the rechargeable battery part and how light weight it is. Sometime I forgot it's even on me.

I just received it tried it right away, and oh my it feels like I worked out for 2 hours 😅 will be using it to bring my tummy back to life after baby #4Update:One week in the game, this tool is amazing! it does the job for sure
