This waffle maker does so much more than make waffles. With the interchangeable plates you can make grilled sandwiches, cook hamburgers on both sides at once and make pocket snacks with bread and a bit of imaginative filling. I will use this tool several times each week for breakfast and more. The removable nonstick plates can go right into the dishwasher for easy clean up.

This does make deliciously crisp waffles and so far the nonstick plates really are nonstick. Ive washed them in the dishwasher and they do well. It is kinda crazy theres no safety feature, you just have to remember to unplug it when its not in use. It does steam from the sides, im pretty sure all waffle makers do that. I tried grilled cheese in it and im not sure im 100% with that, it gave grill marks and the bread in between was still soft. Maybe better for paninis. Overall a good waffle iron that makes 4 at a time with plates you can take out. Would have liked a safety feature or to adjust how hot it gets. If i had a choice i think i would go for griddle plates instead of the sandwich ones but thats just me

So I have been using a small DASH waffle maker and liked it. However, I hated that I couldn’t do two waffles at once as sometimes I anm nice and make breakfast for my boyfriend too. This waffle maker allows four good size waffles to be cooked at once. I love the others plates too. I have cooked eggs and even a steak. The best part is the removable aspect which makes clean up a breeze. I would highly recommend.

The lack of temperature control was a surprise and the only negative. Implicitly, you need to keep checking to see if the food is done to your liking. Otherwise, a good purchase.

OK.... I'll be the first to admit, I've never had or used a waffle iron. I just felt it was too large of an extra thing to keep around for something I rarely make. But this is so much more. There are so many options and things like grilled cheese, wrap, panini etc ... all become so much easy and faster. And of course those nice blackened lines that make those items so much more enticing! This one is also so easy to clean because you can remove the flat surfaces and just wash those instead of putting a big, clunky thing in your sink and getting water splashed everywhere. And the way it folds up like a tiny little suitcase and takes up so little room! They really took care of any of the things that were keeping me from having something like this in my house. But I'm sure glad i have it now!
