Only used two or three times , then adaptor not working

Too slow
Charger is too slow. I'm using sumsung fold 3 it needs atleast 2 hour to get full charge.

Getting hot after 1 to 3 minutes. When hot start the charger stop working / stop charging also.

Adapter was working but tha packing seal for this was broken. Seems it was used before.
