Great Printer!
Really good printer for all purposes. Easy to use. Nice software. Really like that it has its own software. Just download it and there you are good to go. Can be used via BT and PC connections for both Windows and Mac. Easy to get labels with variety of choices. We like it so much that we bought another one.

I love this thing!
Very pleasantly surprised at the quality. It's not as purple as I wanted, its almost grey in color (sooo pale) so I wish I got the pink. But the printer itself works amazing.Works the exact same as all the other cheap "knock-off" dymo/brother label printers. I have the Phomemo D520 and its the same printer as the Rollo and Munbyn, Asrink, Itari, Omezizy and more. Most of these will accept any no-name labels because they have an auto detect feature for lining up the labels, and no technology to scan an identifier like how brother or dymo labels have the black ID squares on the back. Brother & dymo machines only recognize their brand of labels to avoid customers from buying cheaper labels. There is also an auto feed system - where I realized, it doesn't matter the size of the label roll or if it fits inside the machine or not.... because there is a feed tray at the back of this machine!! I did not know this before buying my printer so, that was very reassuring once I realized I can essentially buy any label roll as long as its a maximum 4x6 inch label. That size and anything smaller will work no matter how HUGE the roll is! Could be a 200 label roll or a 1000 or even 10,000 label roll. The size of the roll doesn't matter, just the label itself can't be bigger than 4x6.Pls see my photo where I'm pointing to the feed opening at the back. So I have 4 options for how to feed my labels: 1) I can insert a roll on the plastic dowel inside my machine if it fits, or 2) lay a stack of fanfold labels inside, or 3) lay the stack of fanfolds outside behind the printer if it's too tall to fit inside the compartment, and 4) hang a roll outside the machine on a dowel / label holding rack for larger/thicker label rolls.Another cool feature is these printers auto align your labels. As you can see in my photos, it took 1 test label for the machine to align the paper so that my next labels all come out perfectly centered. Even when the design is changed the label will stay aligned and ready to print. You can select how many to print at a time. This label roll by Joaxutul (but not my other label brands) has an easy tear dotted-line inbetween each label, so even though the machine doesn't cut the last label off after I'm done printing (like brother or dymo), I can easily tear these labels off when I'm finished printing because of the dotted perforated-line. You can also see in the photo how well the machine lines up that dotted line to ensure each label is centered. They will align labels even without these dotted lines though, so you can literally buy any kind of thermal label up to maximum 4x6 inch.I'm extremely happy with it, the app isn't quite working on my android Samsung s22 (it won't connect to the web and bring up any templates or stickers / other tools and the app freezes/breaks while trying to load things) but it is recognizing the printer by Bluetooth.I'm still working on the mobile app functionality, but i installed the Labelife program on my PC & had no issues connecting to the printer by bluetooth.I do wish it was working with my phone app tho :( because that would make this whole unit completely mobile (I.e. I can bring it to craft shows with me and print whatever I need for my products right there). I guess I can do that right now with a laptop, but would be nice to do it right off my phone.1 star off for color not being as saturated as photos (printer is not very purple its kinda grey, wish I got pink) and for the app not working. And no cutting feature, it doesnt even have cutting teeth that you can rip against. Otherwise this would get 5 stars cus there's technically nothing wrong with the machine, it works AWESOME.Oh yes and the print quality is 4/5 stars also, it is SLIGHTLY grainy/you can see the pixels but barely, it's honestly still better quality than I expected. It's basically the exact same or sliiiiiightly below the printing quality of the Brother QL-800 (which is what I'm replacing with this new Phomemo guy) because I have way more variety with label rolls now! And the labels are sooo much cheaper than dymo/brother so, you can't lose with these little knock off printers!! Such a great deal.
