bracelet
The battery life is good, I went about 3 days without charging it and it's still above 70. (it depends on how much you use your bracelet). It is water resistant I learned the hard way. The only negative is you need a low wat brick in order to not fry the bracelet (I learned the hard way). there will be a 1 min delay from each bracelet it is a given.

Poorly made.
I ordered a pair of these bracelets for my partner and I for Valentine's Day. Hers has been working great, charging normally, etc., but mine wouldn't hold a charge. It ran down in about 3 hours. I returned the bracelet and got a replacement, and that one worked great for about 2 weeks. Now it is just suddenly ... dead. Nothing happened to it, it isn't as though it got wet or was dropped off a building.I'm going to try returning it to Amazon, but we no longer have the packaging so I don't know if we will be able to. I don't know if I want a replacement, but my partner's isn't defective and there's no reason to return it. But they're pointless on their own. I tried going ont he Bond Touch website, but it is terribly designed and it's impossible to get a human (or even get the contact information to email) because the chatbot won't progress if you don't have an order number from the Bond Touch website. I don't know how willing they are to support their product when sold by a third party vendor.Anyway, as a general review ... when it works, it's a neat product. It's fun. The bracelet band is kind of annoying to put on one-handed, but it is comfortable once it's on. The bracelet itself is pretty responsive and it communicates the little taps and movements nicely. Saying that it is a "realistic touch" is a little silly, unless your loved one vibrates? It's basically like cell phone haptics.Aside from the obvious quality issues, my biggest complaint is that it connects to your phone via bluetooth... and you need to have the app open at all times or you won't get the touches.Anyway, it's a cute concept and they're fun, but there are a lot of issues... all in all, I really can't recommend them.

It stopped working and now doesn't work at all.
Set this up last weekend with my boyfriend and 2 days later it stopped working? It had 87% charge so I tried to charge it more and it's not gained any charge and it not responding to the app.I have tried 3 different chargers and 3 different outlets so obviously it's the bracelet and the charger not working. For over £60 I am NOT happy.I want another one sending as your product is faulty and the charger is faulty.

Poor design - easy to lose!!
Me and my partner loved the BondTouch, so we wanted to try the BondTouch more to add our new partner (we are polyam) to our bracelet connection. What I like: The new types and feel of the vibration, and being able to pair with more than one other person. What I didn't like: unlike with the BondTouch codes on the app, this one makes making a range of codes more difficult. I feel like I can input a code nowhere near the codes already inputed, and it will still find a way to be one of the existing codes. What I HATE though is this: the design of the BAND. The design of the old BondTouch's band needs to be brought back. This new design with the more caused it to drop several times, making me eventually LOSE it and now I have to buy a new one. I even tried taping the dang thing so it'd be harder to lose. The More needs more work that I feel the company was unwilling to put in. Great concept, bad execution
