Keeps losing connection
from the very beginning i have had issues with this then it finally died all together & i do not see a way to change the battery

Good product, great seller
One of my PebbleBee's worked perfectly, the other was DOA, but the seller responded immiedieatly with a replacement, which worked well.THE GOOD - lots of options, easy to pair with your phone, find your phone of find your keys, different alarm tone choices. Even if the PebbleBee is out of range, it will show you it's GPS location..THE BAD - range is shorter than I expected. The range for activating the alarm on the PebbleBee os around 80-100 feet, which really isnt bad if you lose your keys in the house or in the yard.

Defective and damaged. Extremely bad customer service
Purchased under the assumption it would be new and in new like condition . They where shipped without packing material and scratched up . Was only able to get one to connect. Contacted seller who basically tried to be little me for not reading the additional info stating it was from a bulk shipment. The second tracker turns out to just be a shell with no electronics. Better off purchasing directly from manufacturer .

Falling apart. Battery cover falling apart/cracking.
This units are falling apart. The gut are falling out and missing after 6 month. The unit works great. I bought 1 here on amazon and 6 sets in Dec. 2018 for Christmas. And I had 4 unit gone bad.

You can’t put this on any keys that go in and out of your pockets. Breaks way too easy
Tracker came apart within 24 hrs of having it in my key ring. Could’ believe how easily the insides separate from the outer ring.

At least turn on!!
Works for short periods of time. Had to replace battery twice in less then a year. Now it just won't even turn on, both units. Bought these at Costco and they do not even sell them anymore.
