The base wasn’t covered with film and was scratched. Really appalling

Some assembly required but that shouldn't be a problem for anyone that's even a bit handy.The film covering the plastic does a great job to keep the plastic looking great during shipment and once assembled. The gloves are great to keep fingerprints off of the plastic.It's packed flat like a typical IKEA product but the assembly is simple - lay out the base and remove the film, peel the plastic from each side and handle with the gloves to fit it into the base (x4). The only trick is to know which is the top and the bottom and see how the sides fit together. You can do all of that with the plastic on and while wearing the gloves.

I just needed something to keep the dust off of my 12" Tony Soprano figure. This option was perfect (my first attempt locating a display case on Amazon was a disaster). I had the entire case assembled (and figure displayed) in 18 minutes. The instructions were super clear. I also had zero issue removing the protective plastic film from the panels. The included cloth gloves were a lifesaver in the assembling process. The final result was a sturdy, affordable, professionally looking case! Thank you!

This display case is pretty easy to assemble with no forcing of the pieces required at all. They fit together pretty well, although they do feel a little loose and if you jostle the case too much, the pieces end up falling apart and you have to put them back together. However, once the display case is in place, you probably won't be touching or moving it much (or at all), so this becomes a non-issue after set up. The case looks pretty nice and is a great size to store multiple small figures or one larger figure.The case is a little annoying to assemble due to the pieces fitting a little loose, but it's not too bad and looks pretty great once set up. Recommended!

This one does not seem to be strong and protective, but at least it will keep the dust off the rare toy I'm displaying. I wish it could be sturdier after it was put together. It took me a bit to get the correct sides in the correct place. I figured out is easier to push up from under the base when inserting the side pieces instead of pushing the side pieces down into the base. It also seemed like the side pieces were too big, but they eventually snapped together. It is a little taller than my stuff, but it was the only size available to fit the height of the stuff. I like the way it designs inside of the case.
