These Apple Cider Vinegar gummies taste pretty good. They do help with controlling hunger for a few hours and don't leave an aftertaste in your mouth like some other brands I've tried. Definitely worth a try, if in the market for these.

I have been taking them as directed and have not lost 1lbs. Very disappointed and if I could give a 0 star rating I would.

I take keto ACV gummies daily. Thse gummies taste great, no funny aftertaste in the back of my throat. They are easy to chew and easy to swallow. It's a nice sized jar too, should last at least a month or more. I didn't notice any side effect and it didn't upset my stomach. I'm pleased with these gummies.

When I first opened the bottle, there was a strong kick of Apple Cider Vinegar that hits your face. The gummies do taste exactly that. It is a little sweet from the sugar/glucose syrup, which makes up most of the product. For a Keto product, that's a little questionable, but heck it definitely beats taking Apple Cider Vinegar shots.I do feel like my acne has cleared up a little due to these gummies. I'm not 100% certain, as it could be a lot of factors, but I had this cystic bump on my forehead that had not budged in weeks. At that point, I had been taking these gummies for a week, and I have noticed that it's reduced in size, and luckily didn't leave a mark.The first time I had the gummies, it just tasted strange. But now I'm use to them. They aren't bad at all. The bottle recommends taking them 30 minutes before a meal - up to 3 times a day. I just take them daily when I take my other vitamins.

These Keto ACV gummies work about average, not great, but not awful. They have a good flavor and do not have a strong vinegar smell or taste. They are a little pricey and would've hoped for better results for this price point. I'm not turned off by them and will continue to use to see if I see some results in weight loss, but have not seen any yet. I'm still digging this product and will not ditch it just yet, but time will tell.

I been using Keto capsule supplements, pill forms and gummie form for last 2 years now. I have to say they all work pretty well and I always notice the difference when I take it before bedtime bcuZ in the morning my tummy don't look or field as bloated so you should try it.The flavor is really good if you like that cider taste which I love. Only problem is it taste so good I pop two to three per night instead of one so it runs out fast.

They do seem to minimize my appetite a bit, but at the same time they are quite sweet for somebody on keto, so you really have to weigh the pros and cons of it. The consistency is surprisingly good, but the taste is pretty much what you would expect from some thing with apple cider vinegar in it. It’s not bad, but it’s also not good either. Probably a good way to keep people from eating a whole bottle during a sugar craving lol.
