Nice quality, nice finish and grain.
Really like these, perfect for a light, etc. good quality and finish. I wish they pre-drilled two mounting holes at 60mm distance for metal back boxes. I made a template and drilled with extra holes 60mm apart and perpendicular to the 50mm holes with a 4mm bit and then could use 3.5mm backbox screws. Worked really well.

Good repair product
My old light fitting was just screwed to the plaster board and fell off. I have to saw off the cover to the ceiling plate as paint had jammed it on tight. Bought a new light fitting and glued the rose to the ceiling as there’s no timber joist there to screw to. Finished up the wiring and screwed the cover plate on. Job done . Oh , I gave the new ceiling rose a lick of white paint as you can see. I was going to cut a circle out of wood and make the rose myself but this saved me the time and hassle. For the money you can’t go wrong.

One of my rental properties needed rewriting. The bungling Guy that rewire it just smashed the original one and fitting a lamp holder below the space left. He had no idea what to do to put it right. This is how to put it right. Fits perfectly. Looks good.
