Forget the black truffle version, it's waaayy to 'truffley'. and all you can taste it truffle. The white is for sure the way to go, you can not only experience the truffle flavor, but the sauce as well. Even though it cost twice what the black truffle version does, it's worth the price. I wish I hadn't wasted my money on the black version, but I can always mix it with some other hot sauce to fix it. I have some Pain is Good sauce so that will be a good one to mix with, though Daves would be a better choice. .

I finally got a bottle of the truff hotter white bottle. It was good, but I don't see what the hype was about. I'll give the original a try.
