We had a portable air conditioner for my previous place, but when we moved to the new place, the bedroom had windows that opened at a slant, rather than up/down or left/right. Without this, we wouldn't be able to use it in the bedroom.

This allowed me to use my AC but it looks awful and will need to redo the Velcro strips every summer so I can close the window in the winter.

Alot bigger then I needed but gets the job done. It seem very durable. It keeps the heat our pretty well for how thin it is. It was easy to install too. I think overall it is a great value for the money spent.

Does not work for casement windows

I was impressed how easily this installed. It was a bit long for this window but it was easy to make it work. The Velcro was a higher quality than the last kit we bought elsewhere, overall very happy!!

I actually returned this because my windows were replaced and I could no longer use it.

I have a portable air conditioner with an exhaust hose. The machine came with a "universal" window kit that did not work in my old crank out windows but this kit fit well and was easy to install. The adhesive is very strong and the only tool I needed was a pair of scissors. Instructions are not great but it is a very intuitive process in my opinion

The Velcro stuck to the window great but when putting the fabric portion into the window, I came across a couple of problems. First, the Velcro doesn't stay sealed. I find gaps and try to get them together but it doesn't work. Also, my window is 3.5 meters so there is a lot of overlap. The two sides doing seem to be lining up correctly. I tried to show this in the image.
