Born in the beautiful rolling hills of California's Napa Valley, this fruity vinegar is perfect to dress salads and create vinaigrettes. The folks at Sparrow Lane recommend: pour over wild rice salad mixed with dried cranberries, apricots and peaches that have been macerated in Curacao liqueur and top it with coarsely chopped chervil.

Outstanding quality at a great price!
This is an fantastic balsamic vinegar, as good as or better than any I have bought in a grocery store. I have used it both in salads and in marinades, and it is simply outstanding. Additionally, it is a great value provided that you have space for a gallon jug. We transfer some of the vinegar to a smaller bottle that we keep in the pantry and store the gallon bottle in our basement.

I'm delighted to have purchased a whole gallon of this vinegar
I'm delighted to have purchased a whole gallon of this vinegar. Tastes great and extremely healthy. Will buy again but a gallon is going to last for a while.

Great price.
Great price ... I like to spray balsamic vinegar on potatoes in the air fryer and this is great for that!

Moldy, smelly, disgusting.
This is a terrible purchase. The freshness seal was broken and the vinegar smelled like moldy newspapers. Not a quality product. In a disgusting plastic jug as well.

Secret ingredient making great salad dressings & vinaigrettes
This brand is my secret ingredient making excellent and phenomenal salad dressings from a catering company that I worked at. I just don't understand why people give 3 stars when it should be 5 stars. But anyway, this goes well with any fruits especially berries, figs, pears, apples, thyme, rosemary and a light olive oil. I use canola oil which is a neutral oil that doesn't overpower this ingredient. It also goes well with high-quality honey. The dressings that I make at work blends well with any mixed green, fruits, fresh herbs and some protein. So far this dark balsamic vinegar makes wonders on dressings, marinades & vinaigrettes. Everybody likes this.
