Value for money product on a long run
Very good product. Initially for 2 - 3 days water was leaking from tap after that it has stopped. So far happy with the product and it's working. Using for more than a monthTipsWater should be stored overnight and drink around 1 glass in the morning. Decent Design, thickness of copper pot is good, brass stand is sturdy.Tap was missing i got it from PTAL.I called PTAL & informed missing tap, after 2 days of follow-up they despatched the tap & i received after 5 days.Overall the product is good & worth price.

Leaking tap, poor quality. Not good per Vastu. Waste of money, highly disappointing purchase.
The media could not be loaded. Poor Quality and Constant Leakage - Regret This PurchaseI’m extremely disappointed with this product. From the start, it showed major quality issues. The material feels cheap, and the tap began leaking almost immediately. Despite all efforts to fix it, the constant drip continues, causing frustration and waste. The leakage has only worsened over time, forcing me to place a container under the tap to prevent water wastage. Additionally, a leaking tap is not good as per Vastu, which adds to my concerns. For the price, I expected much better durability. I strongly advise against buying this tap—look for a more reliable option.

Rubber/ plastic washer
Inside the jar there is a plastic or rubber washer which is attached with the tap..Plastic and rubber both are not eco-friendly, especially in drinking water..The purpose of buying copper vessels is lost with this fitment..

Great quality, looks pure
My mom had been asking me to order a copper jug or matka, when I came across this one on Amazon, I was instantly attracted to the beautiful design! Got it 2 days back and loved the quality of this product, it is heavy, looks regal and pure!

Product is good but very tedious to setup. Water keeps on dripping even after tightening the tap few times. No instructions provided either.
