Good go-to gels for long runs
I alternate between these and another brand every 30 minutes on long runs. They are not particularly strong flavoured but I notice the difference in energy levels after 10-15 minutes. Consistency of a wallpaper paste but don’t be put off! They definitely do the job.

Grainy, some flavours better but work well
Packaged well and were as described. They were for my teenage athletes. One likes them, one not so keen on texture (grainy) and mixed reviews on the different flavours. But both feel they really help energy levels so they appear to fo their job and both happy for me to reorder
