Me & my dog run a lot, and a pair of good insoles can make all the difference. For a while I would buy one brand a month until I found these. One of my favorites. Good support and soft landing. A little thicker than other insoles as some have mentioned, but I found that if you adjust your laces that's not an issue. Proper footwear for the activity and a quality insole keep me on my feet, & off the couch. I tried the stock insoles that came with my expensive running shoes, and I missed the support & cushion (those $25 cool looking shoes that hang on hook aren't doing your feet any favors). I live on a tight budget, but being pain free and preventing injury is how I justify some of my purchases. These cost about the same as others, but I like these the best after trying different ones. I was able to run 20 miles with out my feet hurting. They lasted for length of my shoe. Which was about 500 miles according to my running app.

Had ordered these a while ago, and just trimmed them to fit my Hokas last night. Wore them today on my usual 3 mile morning walk and wowzer! Way better than any I’ve been using, and there have been many, including professionally constructed insoles. Most insoles , for me, are not adequately wide at the toe box and then I develop a blister, which leads to callus formation on the lateral side of my foot,by my 5th toe. Not fun and very painful. But these are wide enough to cushion beneath the full expanse of my foot. My expectation is that they will my go-to insoles. The added plus is that they are cushiony, yet firm and stable, and do not overheat my feet, as ones of memory foam have done in the past. I’ve only worn them once, but I was so stoked to share the good news! Thank you for caring and designing these with the human foot in mind.

i bought these for extra support playing pickleball. they are a lot thicker than other insoles and made my shoes feel way too tight when playing. i do have another pair of shoes that were much roomier on me , almost a little big on me. the i steers work in those shoes so i will keep them. they are very comfortable, and provide good support but may not fit into shoes that are not a little too big on you.

I work in dental surgery standing on HARD surfaces for long hours and these Insoles HAVE CHANGED MY LIFE. I wore what i thought were comfortable shoes (brooks, sketchers) but would have constant pain in my feet, knees and hips and back. I did have to trim them at the toe just a smidgen but I could tell an IMMEDIATE improvement in comfort from the first moment o slid my shoes on. I did replace the stock Insoles, not add these on top. I will be ordering more for my other shoes.

Don’t get me wrong, these definitely helped to relieve a little bit of heel pain the next morning, but feel like the heel part could be a bit more cushioned.

I have had to get custom orthotics for a number of years. I had a new pair of shoes (Hoka) that I wanted to put something into. I pulled the inner insole out and put these in. They fit my foot perfectly I have not had to go through the usual break in period. Would highly recommend.

I have high arch and when I run long distance, I get plantar fascitis and piercing foot pain for a couple of days. A running store custom insoles were cost prohibitive, almost as much as the shoes. Instead I tried these out. For the past several weeks, I ran a 10K, 16 miles, and 18 miles. No more foot pain or plantar fascitis. There's minimal soreness after a long run but I am able to run the next day without any discomfort. They fit in my Asics Novablast 3 size 11 without any trimming. They are a little thicker than the original insoles with great arch support and not as ridgid as other insoles on Amazon. I won't run without these insoles ever again.

Had them about a week now, they make it possible to get around while my heel spur is acting up. They fit snug in my shoe, no shifting around. They won't work in all shoes, I have some low profile Skechers that don't allow enough height for me to get my foot in when the insert is in there. So make sure you have a roomy enough shoe that will be able to fit the insert and the foot. I'm still planning to get some custom orthotics but these inserts will work in the interim. To me, they were worth the money.

These are really sturdy and definitely work well. - have repeat purchased as well

I take a UK size 9, bought 9-9.5 and they fit snuggly in my shoes without needing to be cut down. Got them to help with collapsing arch and they took a little getting used to (uncomfortable to start with, but that’s not down to the product). After a short while adjusted to them and found them very supportive. Well made and look like they’ll last a while, so will definitely buy another pair. Recommended.

I have plantar fasciitis and these insoles made the pain worse. I’m sure they will suit others but no good for me.
