These scooters are complete rubbish - it worked for 3 weeks then stopped working and no matter how much I tried to contact the company to resolve the issue they were useless. Needless to say the scooter is now in the bin and I had to fight amazon for a full refund.

This scooter definitely deserves 5 Stars in all of our opinions!We absolutely Love everything about it!Firstly from how easy it was to put together, to the look of it, the the amazing battery life it has, Then there's the L.E.D lights which not only look amazing on the scooter but obviously make it lots more visible to others too which I'm sure is going to be a big bonus once those winter nights draw in & it starts to get dark super early too!Because of the wheels being a little wider on it that also makes the scooter itself lots more sturdier, which then makes it a lot easier for him to ride & therefore much less likely for him to fall off it!Never used a scooter before, easy to use, power delivery is OK, and easy to charge.The scooter's solid build quality ensures durability and longevity. I appreciate the attention given to the materials used, which contribute to its sturdy construction. This scooter can handle regular use without compromising on performance.

These things break down too easily. I bought the first one in September 2023, and after a week it wouldn't see the charger and therefore wouldn't charge. I contacted the company and sent it back for a refund and purchased a replacement one in October 2023.This was hardly used till recently due to the weather, but it has now been getting used for the last few weeks and now this one is doing the same as the first!AVOID THIS PRODUCT AT ALL COSTS!

Was a brill scooter ordered for my boy for Christmas present , as I ordered it in October . My boy has loved it although it stopped working like a week ago; and through Amazon returns I Carnt as it’s gone past the 30 days policy, and it’s been over a week since contacting evercross the manufacture trying to see what the manufacturer warranty is and I’ve had no reply what so ever and the website stages within 3 days reply : as you can imagine I’m not happy as it’s not a cheap scooter there’s only email on the website to contact them by

Lasted 2 weeks and won't charge

Really amazing ride. Very easy to setup and its very handy to carry anywhere. Its get full fold within 5 seconds with one push.Battery life is very long last as well and easy to monitor through digital meter. No too heavy to carry.. led lights make this ride even more joyful..I really like about speed control Safety trigger its control speed within seconds its absolutely brilliant scooter. Its strong built as well.

Bought this for my daughter’s birthday. I bought it early so I could afford the cost therefore she opened it slightly over the 30days returns policy. Now we have found out it doesn’t charge… low and behold all avenues to return or exchange just send you around in circles with the same outcome….. dead end! Really angry that we’ve been sold an expensive dud!!! And now there’s no way of getting my money back or contacting seller at all!!! Shocking… she used it once… £159.99 one time ride 😡…. I’m editing this as after continuing to search for refund avenues I found an online number for Amazon. They have issued me with a full refund. Was hard work though… why is the number not on the app 🤔
