Worked for concrete
Needed to mix a small batch of concrete (about half a bag). Worked fine with my battery drill to get it mixed up. Might struggle with anything more but works great in these smaller amounts (and technically it isn't made to be used with concrete so I wouldn't expect it to be able to handle larger amounts).
