Transfer speed is bad but simple to use
I must say that the "60 Megabytes Per Second" read and write speed is a complete lie in the description, if you try to transfer too much data at once (and "too much" is probably around 2000 MB) the transfer just stops and then only does a few MB every several seconds. It does have 1TB of storage, so if you don't care about the amount of time it takes to transfer files to this thing then go ahead and buy it, but you're probably better off finding a different drive for the transfer speed alone

was very slow in backing up some data...i.e. movies from limewire
liked the capacity...did not like the time required to download data

Has problems.
Does not reach speeds of 60mb/s (is so slow that I can't even run a crystal benchmark on it), the Blink Sync Module that I bought this for doesn't recognise it, and the file directory doesn't work so you can't use it with Google Drive. Also, this is NOT 3.0, this is 2.0. Your computer reads the drive as 2.0. The only thing you can do is copy/move files to it and even if the file is .txt or .mp3, it takes a while, but it is overall and okay device for the price so if you're willing to wait, this device is for you. I have returned mine.

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT
I brought 2 of these. The first one was not working so I returned it. I would download my videos then it would no longer read them. Thank God I copied and pasted. I returned figuring it was a bad one.The 2nd one, I downloaded all my pictures. Everything was fine. I had Cut and pasted instead of copying and pasting since everything was going well. The next day the computer no longer read the thumb drive. Everything was missing. All my other USB's were being read but not this one.I had to download a software and hire someone to try and recoup all my pictures. I inserted this thumb drive in every port and other laptop. Not being read. Was able to recoup some pictures from the original thumb drive it was in with a software I had to pay for. LOST YEARS YEARS OF PICTURES. My memories. Daughters graduation, baptism, my late husband photos EVERYTHING. I am devastated. Called Amazon not only for a refund but also refusing to return the product in case someone else gets it and then MAGICALLY is able to see my personal life. Want to throw it in the garbage and asked Amazon to NO LONGER SELL THIS PRODUCT. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. NO WORTH IT. CHEAPER IS NOT ALWAYS BETTER.

Ruined a TON of my images
Can't overstate enough that you should NOT get this drive. Aside from being slow, as other reviews mentioned (which is annoying but bearable). This drive ruined half of the images I moved onto it. After moving a folder of a few thousand images, I went to look at them and half of them had into just a mess of glitched out lines when I opened them. Some others disappeared entirely or wouldn't open at all.Fortunately I'm not the only one with copies of them family photos that were on there. However I do digital art and graphic design as hobbies and all of my art and almost all of my graphic design things are now gone, thanks to this drive.I thought at first that I had done something wrong during the transfer and maybe I could continue to use the drive if I just saved things directly onto it. No, over the next few days, images that had not already been ruined also began to glitch out and delete themselves. Got all my remaining files off of it and I'm going to run over this drive w my car.Not to mention, not only is it slow while you're transferring files back and forth, but anything you try to do in file explorer while this drive is plugged in is slow. I was worried my laptop was getting old but nope, nice and speedy again once the drive was gone!

Paying attention to the transfer speed 60Mb/s for 1TB….
Great capacity and slow transfer speed Combo. I am transferring 123GB right now, and it seems to take forever. This is my mistake, coz I bought it without paying attention to the transfer speed. This is the transfer speed for such a large capacity! This is for those who ignore transfer speeds and enjoy slow transfer, focusing only on capacity and price. Good Luck!

Not One You Should Buy
Right at the start, when I popped this flash drive into a USB port on my Windows 11 PC, a window appeared in the lower-right of my screen informing me that there was a problem with the drive and needed to fix it. I clicked on it and Windows said it was fixed. I then began copying files to it. It was far from "ultra-fast." Top speed was 25 Mbs but was usually plodding along at 11 - ZERO Mbs. It was late. I checked to be sure actual data had been successfully transferred. A cursory review seemed to show that it had. Next day, I started transferring the rest of my stuff [all in separate folders] and realized approx. half of my files had disappeared from the drive, leaving me with some empty folders. I checked the drive for errors & defragmentation. I checked the formatting used by the drive. I can't recall what it was - unfortunately did not make note of it as I wasn't thinking this would go so far - but it was something I had never heard of. I then formatted the drive to the standard NFTS, checked the drive, and began again. I transferred some files in a folder with nested folders within. During this session, I was getting the 24 Mbs I mentioned, but only for maybe 10 minutes. Then it dropped off again. Rather than continue with all the files, I took a look at this point. The file structure was there - all the nested folders, but alas, much of the data was corrupted and could not be read. To sum it up, this is a piece of junk and not worth ANY price. Sorry I bought it.

Extremely slow
I didn't read the reviews and thought all thumb drives were the same. They're not. This one is extremely slow. I finally gave up on it after trying to transfer photos and bought a different one.

NOT 1 TB
I got a message saying the memory stick ran out of memory when I have smaller pen drive that has not given me any problems. There is no light showing storage activity to know data transfer is ocurring.
