Sooo good
You can immediately taste the difference in quality between these and store bought ones. You can’t really compare them because these are sooo delicious. They cook to the perfect temperature and just have such a good taste on their own. They come whole as well.

Excellent taste and texture
This review is for Marulo Linguine, Italian Pasta Bronze Die Cut Artisan, durum wheat semolina pasta, 1.1 pound (500g, 17.6 oz). As received, this pasta comes in a clear bag inside a fancy box with a cover that opens upward and is gold metallic foil lined - this is a beautiful presentation when opening or if giving as a gift. This packaging fits with its premium price and protects the pasta. On the other hand, the box is larger than needed to fit the volume of pasta inside and the box construction is more complex than a typical box – this seems wasteful and makes it more difficult to store. The pasta itself tastes excellent with a slightly chewy texture, typical of bronze die cut Italian pasta. Like most Italian pasta, it may take a bit longer to cook. The rougher die cut surface holds sauce well. The linguine is typical narrow flattened ribbons. Useful for main dishes, eg, with pesto.

Chewy, Delicious, Unlike Any Other Dry Pasta!
Marulo pasta is, by far, the best dry pasta our family has ever had. We have tried a number products from this line, and this linguine does not disappoint! First, I love how the packaging announces that this is no ordinary product. When you hinge this open, it looks like the brief case from Pulp Fiction ... just a glowing halo of metallic beauty that casts light directly onto the pasta. There is something so profoundly creative here that you cannot help but notice the cleverness. And, the pasta itself? Glorious. And, that isn't hyperbole. So, the cook-time is going to vary on if you like your pasta al dente. Start at ten minutes, try a bit and then add time from there. For us, we were around thirteen minutes and it had the perfect texture for both children and adults alike. We used this in a pesto asparagus dish. We added freshly shredded Parm and Romano over the top and accompanied it with garlic bread and a side salad. The meal was glorious! The chewiness here, the taste here ... they are unparalleled. If you think all dry pastas are pretty much the same, try this. Mind-blowing amazingness! Very highly recommended!

Garlic, butter and a good pasta.
I don't make very many fancy sauces, but I do like a simple dish with just pasta, flavored with garlic and butter with a little parmesan cheese. This pasta holds the sauce well and has a nice thickness to it. I cooked the full pot of Linguine, saved a little of the pasta water for my sauce and had a meal in minutes. A good pasta like this inspires me to make a few more fancy sauces.

Fancy Stuff
I've never had pasta before that came in a gold-lined box. Pretty fancy. Flavor is good. I'd like to try it for fettucine alfredo. The only issue - not a complaint - is that I usually make capellini, which cooks in a few minutes, and this takes much longer so can't use it when I'm in a hurry.

Great tasting, thick pasta and holds sauces well
This is some good pasta. I'm not huge on al dente pasta, so I cooked it a bit more without going for too soggy. These held up well. The texture is thicker than say linguine pasta. It holds sauces well, which I never realized was a thing. But it is and I had even accidentally watered down my sauce. I'm not even supposed to be eating pasta at the moment, but I feel better knowing that this doesn't have a bunch of artificial ingredients. Really good and I think that the 12 pack is the way to go if you eat lots of pasta - you'll definitely want more of this one.

Linguini Pasta
Good quality pasta! Much better than the stuff you get at the big box store. It cooks very well. I did cooked mine a little longer than what the package suggested. I really like the texture of it! Yes the price is a little high, but you're getting a much higher quality pasta! I would recommend getting a case rather than a single box. So far I've been very pleased with every pasta verity that I've tried from this brand!
