The fan arrived well packed & looked great. Assembling the base was interesting, fitting it to the tower was easy enough. The app on the phone, the remote control, the features & possibilities for setting it up, all good. Not sure about the sleep/nature setting though! It took a little 'massaging' to get it to stand & oscillate properly, but I got it after a fashion. It's a little loud for the bedroom, but livable with & it's a pity the display doesn't dim of go off. Overall, a decent piece of kit, looks good for the money. Excellent customer service by the way, all questions dealt with promptly & politely.

I bought this to use in my garage with Zwift, the indoor cycling app.My previous fan was well past it's sell-by-date.This fan is ideal.Assembly took about 10 minutes and was very easy. The height can be adjusted, but not over a massive range. Probably enough for most people though. The head can be tilted up & down too, and stays in place with a firm click. There's no thumb wheel that needs to be tightened for the tilt adjustment.It has a heavy base, so is very stable.I has way more modes than I need - all of which can be controlled from the remote. I like the option on the fan itself to change the speed with a dial.There are 10 speeds and you can actually feel the change between them, so definitely a step-up over something like a 3-speed control.It is very quiet - especially compared to my old one. On top of the quiet fan operation, there are no plasticky rattles or squeaks.It has a mosquito function which I have not tried. I think this is for putting a mosquito repellent tablet into rear of the fan which I guess it then gusts round the room. I am not sure whether it heats the repellent (?) - I haven't tried it, but it is there if you need it.The only potential negative is that you have to be quite accurate when aiming the remote at the fan to get it to respond. I am very close to it in use, so not really a problem, but from across a room it might be a pain.Overall a very good product.

Very sturdy, good quality fan. Not so loud, air flow well.

Description on this product are very misleading.It's listed as "quiet" and "silent " which is false. This fan is obnoxiously loud to the point I can't hear anything else happening in close proximity I have to turn my TV up ×4 the normal volume I'd use ordinarily when this fan is on.In the description it also states you can adjust the fans height which again isn't true. Although it works reasonably well and looks nice, it's quite unpleasant to have on due to the noise and this is at the lowest fan level I can have this on in my room and hear it in the adjoining rooms and down the corridor.

I started looking for a better fan with remote as I got tired of the cheap flimsy ones and buying a new one every year. Originally I bought a bladeless fan as my flat gets fairly dusty, it died within a day and the seller said the motor burnt out 😅 so I thought stick to the original model but find one with a remote. So I came across this bad boy and omg am I so happy! She is literally top tier... uno on red dead where u get the expensive horse? She's literally black beauty!!! Ten speeds, night mode, some other special mode where is spins soft then hard. Full rotation proper sturdy base to the point it gets heavy to keep lifting it up. It was really easy to assemble the only thing I cud even put as I negative (not really one at all) is the remote needs to be fairly face on with the led screen on the actual fan but doesn't require u to really have to get up and down. All in all for the price I wud absolutely recommend u buy one while they're still this cheap! The wind speeds are like driving down the motorway with the windows down 💨💨

Good reliable fan. Very powerful. WiFi smart and has controller. It is quite noisy so cannot use at night. Seems to glitch out and not know what to do when put into nature mode or sleep mode. Does exactly the same for both no difference.
