I was surprised to find these work really well. I use two patches about an hour before bed. Seem to help relieve restless legs too.

Disappointed waste of money
Imagine my excitement when I saw these the only problem is they don’t stick I performed an experiment with 5 members of my family as instructed place the patch on a fleshy part of your body and yes you have guessed it they don’t stick
