Arrived next day with Prime, was packed well and secure. The lamp is beautiful and looks stunning when in use. I did find the lamp itself a little wobbly, like the base needs tightening but can't check this without ripping the foam back from underneath, so I'll be extra careful when adjusting the hight. So many other positives, hight adjustment, dimmable, timer and leaves your choice of room smelling as desired.

This is lovely. I have 3 cats and with the lamp "melting " a candle instead of lighting it, it's a win all round. Ambiance lighting, smell with no flame and safe around animals. I also bought it when it was on offer do "win" again

Item delivered, I could hear something was broken & when opened glass was smashed. Enquired about replacement/refund & it almost cost the same price to return it. There should be free returns on damaged items. Didn't bother returning too much hassle & cost.

I’ve only given 4* as I had to return it as it arrived broken , but when I seen I was really surprised on how solid it was & it looked a lot more expensive than it is . I never got a new one as I already purchased something similar but I would definitely buy it again if im ever looking for something like it as it looked beautiful & elegant

This was purchased as a gift for my niece. My niece is autistic and has adhd so candles etc can be problematic as she can forget they are on etc. This is a game changer for her! Not only in there a timer but you dont ever light the candle. The candle sit under the light and the hear generated from the light burns the candle. You can alter the height to accommodate different size candle jars and the best thing about this in my opinion is that unlike burning candles the traditional way whereby its uneven and you are always left with candle wax you just cant burn....this burns equally and completely. Amazing! Reduces fire risk for anyone that may not remember they have put a candle on but still should be able to enjoy the joys of a burning candle! Great buy. Undecided on price point. A little more then perhaps I would have considered paying initially but for the safety and joy it has brought to my niece its then worth every penny and then some! Amazing lamp with the extra benefit that comes with it. Does not come with a bulb so remember to make your purchase seperately!!

Loved this little lamp so cosy and the candles seems to last longer than they do when you burn them. Still sends off lovely aroma and comes with two bulb's thoughrouly reccommend. I love it.
