The media could not be loaded.  I originally used a microneedling stamp, but decided to try an electric one and bought this. I find it more efficient as I can adjust the vibration speed and needle length. Personally, I feel the 18-needle one a bit painful, but I don't feel much with the others. The size of the box is much smaller than I expected, which makes it easy to store.

This is a quality product. I watched some videos first so I knew how to use the pen properly for my needs. I needed to reach out to customer support and they were very helpful and quick to respond. I would recommend this product.

I am rating on technical aspects of this product, not the effectiveness of how my face responds to the treatment as I have only completed one session with this product. I completed my 3rd session with Morpheus 8 in October. After going through that, I was wondering if there was a product that I could use in my own home that would be safe, but also reasonably priced. I read reviews on Dr. Pen and others and thought I would try Dr. Pen. I purchased a recommended Hyaluronic Acid. I also purchased some numbing cream. I watched the video that Dr. Pen has. It is easy to follow along with, no talking, just to the point. I chose to start with the 16 needles. I think that since I had control, it wasn't as painful. I did use the recommended depths based on the video so they may be conservative. I will try a little deeper next session (in about 4 to 6 weeks). Again, I cannot review based on outcome as it will take several months to see any results. I do speak to ease of use and the video that can be found on Youtube.

I bought these cartridges for my Dr Pen and they unfortunately don’t fit. They look exactly like my original cartridges that came with my pen except they’re just a tiny bit too small to click into place. Not sure if it’s a manufacturing flaw?I tried to find a way to get ahold of the seller but can’t find a link to send them a message. I’m also unfortunately outside of the return window.
