Changed my life in the Kitchen!
So now that I have this pan, I no longer begrudge cooking. It cooks so evenly and is non stick and easy to clean. I love the textured surface that keeps the food from sticking. I've used it for stir fry, meat for tacos, eggs over medium, omletes, sautéing vegetables, searing a potroast. It would work for anything beautifully that you want to cook in the skillet. I have noticed that it does cooker hotter than my old aluminum pan. Heat distribution is better so im using a little lower heat in this pan which is good since it uses less energy. I won't be putting this in the dishwasher because I don't do that with my pots and pans I feel like hand washing them helps them last a lot longer. If you want to put in dishwasher it is pretty large, just be aware of that and it might rust. It is super easy to clean because of the nonstick feature and so it's not a big deal. Clean it ,dry it and put away. I leave mine on the stove top since I use it daily. I doubt you'll regret if you buy this, especially if you cook at home a lot.

FINALLY a true non-stick pan
I've been searching for years for a good pan to make eggs, steaks and general purpose frying. I've tried copper pans, "diamond" infused pans, ceramic coated pans, and always got the same result - sticking and difficult cleaning. I've done research on the "Hexclad" line of pans, but they seem waaaaay too pricey. $160 for a frying pan? No thank you. So I came across this pan, and the reviews seemed favorable. The original price is supposedly $100, but got it on sale for $59. I was skeptical and had low expectations, but when I used it, it blew me away. Eggs did NOT stick. Steak cooked beautifully with great crust with minimal oil. Vegetables cooked perfectly. Then after the pan cools, all you have to do is wipe it with a paper towel and you're good to go for the next meal. I think the key is to follow the instructions to "season" the pan before using it for the first time. Put some high temperature oil (like any vegetable oil, but NOT olive oil) in the pan and put on low heat. Then evenly spread the oil over the whole pan while it's on low heat with a paper towel. In this way it is similar to a cast iron pan in the way you have to season the surface. However this pan is a fusion of cast iron and traditional non-stick pans, and thus has the best features of both. It is a bit heavier than traditional non-stick pans, but not as heavy as cast iron. After several meals prepared in this pan, it seems to be well built and sturdy and will be able to be used for a long time in the future. If you're looking for a great non-stick pan, your search is over. Get this pan especially if you see it on sale. You won't regret it.

Amazing pan
The coating and build quality on this pan is truly heavy duty. Heavy like a cast iron pan, haven't had anything stick to it thus far. Heat distribution is very evenly distributed and it is VERY easy to clean. You can literally wipe it with a wet paper towel and it comes clean. I will be purchasing addition imarku pans to slowly replace my aging "nonstick" pans that everything sticks to.

The Best I've Ever Had
This is what a frying pan is supposed to be. Our frying pans get used everyday and they generally don't last very long. I recently bought a supposedly good pan for around $70 that warped within a week. That's when I bought this Imarko. It has already outlasted all the previous frying pans. The textured design helps the pan stay seasoned. It is a bit heavy for a pan, so if you are a little girly man you should buy it and use it every day. It will pump, you up.

Solid and slick
So far so good! Had this about a month as an everyday use. It is still very slick and heats up very nicely!

The best pan I've owned... maybe?
I've only had this pan for a few months. Thus far, it's the best pan I've ever owned. Period. Easy to clean? Easiest ever. Nothing sticks. Ever. I wash it with a bit of soap and paper towels in 1 minute. So what I'll do is address the weaknesses that might bother some people. It is HEAVY. Not a big deal for me, but it's too heavy for my 84-year-old mom. While the heat distribution is good, it's not as good as I'd like - especially in a pan this large. However, it hasn't been a major issue thus far. I sometimes need to rotate food into the middle and I do notice having to move grilled cheese sandwiches or tortillas around a bit to get even cooking.Did I mention how easy it is to clean? Yeah? Well it's easy to clean. And the best non-stick I've used. I love it.

My Most Favorite Skillet Ever!
I've gone through lots of cookware, and this skillet is the bomb! I love the combination of the cast iron and the non-stick surface. Yes, it is a little heavier than my other skillets, but no way as heavy as a regular cast iron skillet. I've fixed several meals with it, and it has the best heat distribution as everything cooks more evenly. I baby this skillet and won't let my husband near it. It cleans up easily. Be sure and add a little oil initially as the directions suggest. I highly recommend this skillet!
