Amazing product for the price!
It was securely packaged and very easy to operate. It charges very quickly, gives a great shave, and is easy to use and clean! It isn't a one pass and done, but I knew that from the beginning. I highly recommend this product as I've used mine every other day for a couple. Of months now (in and out of the shower or with and without shaving gel) with excellent results.

Broken part but great

Do Not buy this product
I bought this electric head shaver and it broke 1 week after using it once.The blades are not working, I have tried cleaning it and follow directions which I am very good at to no avail.It will not work no matter what I do, worst product I have ever come across at Amazon.I don't shave my head that often so I missed the return window.

First impressions? This seems like a no brainer
I paid about $24 for this. I have had several of this type of rotary head shavers bought here on Amazon and so far (after 1 day) I think I can say with reasonably confidence, this is the best one yet. All of the ones I had before, you had to flip each individual rotary head up individually and clean them out painstakingly. And while that was still preferable to wet shaving with an actual razor, it was still enough of a pain in the butt that I usually refrained from shaving as often as I wanted to. And these units work best if you buzz your head at least once a day. The magnetic head is going to be a game changer for me. I will update this review in the future as I use it more and if I find anything I don't like about it. So far? I couldn't be happier.
