Item badly crushed and soiled by grit. Packaging separated
The media could not be loaded. Opening the outer carton package was not a pleasure.The leather stickers were lying over other items of the pack, with no care taken to protect them.,not even a leaf of paper. Sheets badly wrinkled, and pumis stone dust grit smeared all over.The original packaging of the item had been folded and placed at the bottom of outer carton.The leather sticker is not in a condition to apply to my beautiful sofa as you can see in the picture.The outer carton held no Amazon seal.Overall very unsatisfactory
