There are two major alternatives. There is the Atlas/Atlas Plus, and another china manufactured one that are resold under many different brands.I have tried both of them and was never completely happy in terms of appearance or functionality, until I found this one.This mount keeps the screen close to the dash while still allowing full range of motion. While the tension is not adjustable it seems to have been the perfect tension level preset at the factory. The plastic cover looks far nicer than the alternatives. It also includes detailed instructions and all the tools you need.Best of all it is priced far below the Atlas and even cheaper than the less superior mounts sold where and elsewhere.At any price the would choose this one and it is the one I am leaving installed in my 2023 MYP.

Install was easy enough, and no screen shake at all. It lowers your screen about an inch, but I actually prefer it, I can reach the screen a bit easier now.

Such a better angle to view everything now while driving. And a simple “push/pull” on the screen to center it again (Netflix/Prime…), for passengers. It does sit an inch lower, but it’s worth it (for me). Real happy so far with the quality, and the price savings is a bonus.

The product looks solid and of a high quality but when you install it you will see that it shakes when in any roads. I thought it was because I had loose screws but after going checking them several times still shakes the whole screen. Too bad I notice after the return time frame . I do not recommend. Went to return item and they charge return/ restock fee. More things for people not to buy.

The installation took about an hour. I could have done it quicker if i do the the 2nd one with the experience now. But it came out good and works well. There is a gap on one side of the mount but I would not even look there . For the price I think even it was on sell still high for just a piece of hardware but I guess the demand is there to drive the price . Overall I am happy with it.

- Fits a 2023 Model 3- Has hardware for older years- Tension is adjustable (bolt hidden under a sticker) but I was happy with it as is- No idea how it compares to any other vendor, but the only thing that could be improved is right where the plastic trim meets the car's dash. But you can't really see it even if you look, so just don't think about it

This model is the one to buy. Good instructions and has a special bearing for the swivel. No add-on plastic, most important.

So after a week of use I can say that this works exactly as I wanted it to. The mechanism is very firm and does not move unless you physically trying to get it to rotate. This may change over time but as of right now it is perfect. The only minor issue was that installation was a little more difficult than I expected but with the addition of youtube videos I managed to install it in 40 minutes. I am not mechanically inclined so I would imagine it would take someone else 25 minutes or so.

Good product, seems pretty solid. The instructions included in the box was pretty simple to read and it was easy to install. Only had it for a week, and so far so good. The swivel is amazing. It bring the screen a bit lower, and closer to you. Makes it easier to reach the top right corner.
