I liked it no problems so far and it's for my son so there tough. I wish they would of sent a DVD or something better instructing you what to do besides the one picture if the product

I use these every day. I am a above knee amputee. I have to do exercises to keep my hips and legs strong. This way I can walk without a lean from one side to the other. That is due to weakness.

Highly recommend this brand. Note: Order two sets if you want to utilize both arms. There is only one band per weight. I Very nice quality with a storage bag that is useful. Product as stated and arrived as promised.

One of the bands snapped and broke the first time I tried to use them. This product is not well made and it's disappointing. The customer service on the other hand is great and they offered me a replacement.

Excellent value for the dollar. Now we have no excuse not to workout regularly. Stackable up to 100lb resistance (more than I need). Quality appears acceptable but time will tell how long they'll last. So far so good! Padded handles were a bonus.

My 13lb band from Bodylastics finally broke after 8 years of use. I wanted to replace it, but I figured for the price of a single band, I could buy an entire set. Thus I ended up purchasing this set, but immediately regretted the purchase after opening the package. Here are the negatives:1. The carabiner on these bands are tiny. This may not seem like a big deal until you go to clip them in place and the tiny opening coupled with the strap gets in the way. Instead of an exercise in health, it becomes an exercise in frustration as it stalls switching to different exercises or bands. I attached a photo comparing the carabiners so readers can see the differences.2. The stated weight and resistance level is highly doubtful. I felt less resistance with the 15lb band versus my old 13lb band. It was way easier to pull and if you look closely at the diameter of the blue 15lb band actually looks smaller than the red 13lb band! There's no way it's actually 15lbs of resistance.In conclusion, there are a ton of these resistance bands on Amazon that look to be clones of the same product, but have different names. I would avoid this set and any similar looking ones by closely scrutinizing the carabiners. IMO, the set from Bodylastics remain the gold standard and I'd purchase those even if they're a little more expensive.

These bands are amazing!! I use them everyday and they work wonderfully!! They provide great resistance and I can work on all my body parts. They are wonderful to deal with and have amazing customer service.
