Swann 5MP Thermal Sensing Spotlight Bullet Security Camera - PRO-5MPMSFB

I will start this review off by saying I’ve owned the DVR-4980 system for 5+ years and never had hardly any issues with the cameras (which are 5MP cameras (close to 4K) and they’ve never let me down until recently one of them is finally acting up. But that’s some damn good quality if you ask me. The sad reality is, this extra purchased “3k” camera was awesome at first with the bright led spotlights and built-in siren and the picture quality was close to my current ones not quite as good but close enough. THE NEW 3K CAMERA FAILED NOT EVEN 2 MONTHS LATER?!? I mean come on has quality control came down that much?!?? Or are these just cheaply made now??? It feels like a well made camera? So I’m not sure. But to add insult to injury. Amazon, while they did refund me my money, only gave about 90% of my money back?! I don’t feel too confident buying a swann product any more if this is how the experience is going to be…

Added extra security for a very reasonable price

We unfortunately were the victims of a break-in a few years ago and decided to try these. Love the fact I can see everything all the time even when I am not there. Everything is clear and these pick up motion really well. I would recommend these to anyone rather than paying out for a company as they are not to difficult to set up either and if you get stuck google it or call them
