Not as soft as I had hoped. The foam is not very thick and the top layer of down isn't either. I would have loved it when I was younger and not in pain but I was hoping this would help with hip and shoulder pain as a side sleeper.The squares are great for keeping the down filling evenly distributed but the seams are a bit painful. I have fibro and tend to have issues with seams causing a burning sensation and I should have thought about that but it looks so comfy in the pictures. Just something to think about if u also have fibro.Also it had a terrible chemical smell when I opened it. It filled up the whole room and bathroom where it was put to fluff up. I had to leave it alone for 5 days before I could consider sleeping on it. It's in the high 90s in Florida and I had to open a window with a fan blowing the smell out several times because it was so overwhelming in the area where it was. Even now when I pull my covers up I can still slightly smell it.

I had ordered a 6 inch, medium ferm mattress from a company for close to $300.00. I followed the unpacking instructions precisely to the letter. When the mattress expanded to its full potential, it was so hard that I could bounce a quarter off of it. We would wake up every morning like we had just gotten beat up in a battle. But when we bought this Homemate Memory Foam Mattress, and put it on top of that quarter flipping mattress, it made our lives so much better, because we were now getting a good night's sleep. We wake up fresh and relaxed, and not like we just left a battle field. I highly recommend this topper for any type of mattress.

It’s okay- definitely think there are better ones for the price. The memory foam portion is SO THIN. Definitely not 2 inches.

My bed is 17 years old and has a dip in it from being 17 years old. My back had been starting to ache when I would wake up in the morning. I couldn't spring for a new bed at the time so I bought this. It's worked! I haven't had a back ache in the month that I've had it. You can still tell that it's there and fluffy whenever I get into bed. Extremely happy with my purchase.

The media could not be loaded.  I was surprise is came in 2 separate pieces. Bought one years ago and they were together. You will have to let the foam pad expand. The pad is larger then my king bed. It hangs over the mattress. The quilted topper is not a full as I hoped for. It will have toreplaced over time. Otherwise, it was pretty congy to sleep on if you want something to go over your firm mattress.

This is an excellent bed topper..I am disabled on a fixed income, although my matress is only 3 yrs old, I was getting a pressure point on my shoulder that was further impairing my shoulder mobility..I tried this topper as an effort to help, it did the trick!! Super soft, very comfy..The only downside, the smell...lasted 2 weeks..After airing it out I can say the product is excellent!! Feels like you are sleeping on a cloud or on a luxury hotel topper..The best part, the quilted top that lays over the foam can be removed & easily washed & fluffed on med heat in your dyer...no dry cleaning needed..need to refluff the pillow top? Pop it in the dryer!

I have a full-split king bed. The mattress shifting apart was starting to get annoying. I tried the insert wedges and straps but nothing would keep it from creating a grand canyon between the mattresses. This mattress topper is great! It is soft and fits like a dream. Since putting this on, I have not had to make any adjustments to the mattress positions (no more worrying about my dog getting injured in the crack!). The gap wedge/straps are all gone, which makes changing my sheets tremendously easier. I would buy this product again in a heartbeat.
