स्मार्ट प्लग में कोई लाइट नही जल रहा है आवर रिसेट नही हो रहा है
The media could not be loaded. मेरे द्वारा इस प्रोडक्ट का उपयोग जियोफाई की बैटरी चार्जिंग को सेड्यूल में देने के लिए था जोकि यह स्मार्ट प्लस कुछ दिन तक बहुत ही अच्छा दे रहा था लेकिन एक डेढ़ महीने बाद यह स्मार्ट प्लग अपने आप काम करना बंद कर दिया जब इसकी खराबी के लिए मैं दिए गए कस्टमर केयर नंबर को लगाता हूं तो कोई जवाब नहीं आता स्विच ऑफ आता है एवं ईमेल एड्रेस पर मैं इस प्रोडक्ट के शिकायत करता हूं तो कोई जवाब नहीं आता है मतलब कस्टमर केयर सही नहीं है अभी अभी मेरा प्रोडक्ट गारंटी में है लेकिन गारंटी कहां से लेना है मेरे को पता नहीं है और यह प्रोडक्ट इतनी जल्दी खराब हो रही है मतलब इसकी गुणवत्ता भी सही नहीं हैहै

Easy to setup and use but beware of failings
First let me put the prod1. Easy to use2. Easy to setup3. Easy to share with others (software is very good here)Cons1. If the current goes then all countdowns and timer disappears.2. Sometimes the switch just starts in the on state after putting the main switch. This means you have to be sure to check and then proceed.Overall a decent product hoping for better functionality for handling the cons above.

It is mentioned as Made In India in the Product Description but after purchasing it got to know that it is Made in China.Misleading information from the Seller

Lovely product and very handy
Product works just as expected.. bought it for my 80 year old father who forgets or sometimes it's too tired to get up and switch off the geyser after his bath. I can control it from outside using my phone as the bathroom is within the wifi range

Surprisingly GOOD , Does more then expectations
This product is life saver and does what it says , Have been using it for 5 days and it has amazed me . I can switch on/off remotely via application from anywhere , set timer or schedule time for on/off . It also shows power consumption in application . This is very reasonably priced and must buy if you have to manually get up early to switch on any appliance . Great Buy :)

Amazing product.
Bought this Smart Plug 16A for my Geyser. Using it regularly and it's great my geyser is automised, switches on automatically at my bath time. Also it works with Alexa so my kids enjoy using it. The power monitoring feature also lets me monitor the usage and help me to save energy.Totem has great tutorials also, they have video demos of installation which makes it very easy to install.Overall great product :)

Good product
Used the product to control geyser. I am using it with Google home and its working like a charm. Its pretty easy to setup schedule as well and it will switch on and off at specific time of the day.Setting up the device and connecting it with Google home was super easy. Using it from last couple of days and till now no issues at all.
