Good and cheap!
At this time I have been taking this product for roughly 2 weeks after lifting. It has really helped me recover and lift harder in the next days. I take this directly after my workouts with my protein and I feel less sore after hard workouts. I typically work out 2 hrs a day and after I started taking these for roughly a week I noticed the difference in my muscle soreness.

Huge waste of money. Serving size for the recommend daily dose of 5,000mg is 10 capsules per day. Won’t let you return product either.
