Works well.
The media could not be loaded. Not only has it helped me significantly improve my grip strength, but its convenience and ease of use are unmatched. The different resistance levels are great for slowly building strength without the risk of strain or injury. I started with lower settings and as I got stronger I've been able to work my way up. As an amateur rock climber, my climbing grip endurance has improved dramatically since I started using this trainer.

Not what I thought
I was looking for something to strengthen my hands but these are so strong on the weakest setting and I still couldn't open my hands and then they started slipping down my fingers lol I thought I had fat fingers, these are garbage, don't buy them

Broke first day
The wrist strap ripped from the force of the resistance. Would advise manufacturer to use leather

Useful
The media could not be loaded. I have always wanted this type of grip strength trainer. I work out on a regular basis and wanted something to help build up my hand strength. This trainer does a good job. It looks and feels like it is built well and should last a while. The trainer is adjustable and can be set to different resistance levels. I have just started using it and hope to see results soon.

I like them, but...
Unboxing/Setup:They come shipped in just a single packed resealable ziplock bag. Which is nice, now I have something to repeatedly store them in when not in use.Assembly/Setup:Takes just a few seconds. It comes with two wrist straps with the metal bracket/hook already installed, all you have to do is adjust the resistance level to your preference.Resistance Ratings:For the one pictured on the left - 6.6lbs, 8.8lbs, 11lbsOn the right - 13lbs, 17lbs, and 21lbsReview:Now overall, I do like these things. They work pretty well, and instead of the classic "squeeze grip strength trainers" that focus more on the underside of your forearms and general grip strength, these target more of the tops of your forearms along with building up your grip strength. The wrist straps are Velcro and adjustable to accommodate nearly anyone's size wrists. Its nice that it adjusts anywhere as low as 6.6lbs to 21lbs, so there is plenty of room for growth. Pro-tip: turn your hands face down and bend your wrists upwards then use these (imagine that you are trying to push a heavy appliance and that's the direction you want to use)Now for the "what I don't necessarily like", and what made this a 4/5 instead a 5/5:I wish that both hands had the same level of resistances, as I would like to cut the time down spent training grip strength. Obviously you want to train both sides with equal resistance, so it missed the mark here.Secondly, which is probably the biggest problem, the finger holes are pretty small. Sure its a rubber material and you can shove your fingers in, but after a couple of minutes of use I noticed that the circulation had been cutoff in the tips of my fingers. Not a complete dealbreaker, since you probably only going to use these a few minutes a day, but I work at a computer all day, and was hoping to get to use them while I am typing away on the keyboard to also build up grip strength.TLDR; It's great, except the finger holes are too small and will cut off circulation of blood to the tips of your fingers. I would still recommend the product, but I would advise not to use for extended periods of time. Do a set, take them off let the blood flow again during a break, then do another set.

decent quality
The quality of this product is not all that good. It does what it needs to but it can be uncomfortable sometimes.

Interesting concept
I like what the manufacturer is trying to do and I'm sure it works for some people, but not so much for me. I found this very uncomfortable to use, but this may be mostly due to weak fingers. I will continue to use this device for a few months and re-evaluate if I notice any improvement. I think this could work for some people. It would depend on their physical build. On smaller hands the finger loops fall down the finger toward the palm making it harder to use, and larger hands the loops barely fit the finger tip. Not really a one size fits all device. But for some people with the right size fingers/hands this may work well.

Very good quality product
My wife brought me this hand exercise tool, it has two finger gloves with 6 resistance levels , it is strong enough but not looks too , it is easy wear and really handy to use, you can do your fingers exercises ever where, like while you walking , on the bus or train. It is the cheapest tool I have found and I am on 8.8lb now
