Perfect for the Inexperienced Gamer/Tech
I bought this pre-built for two reasons. 1. To avoid the costs of building one myself and 2. I wouldn't know what the hell to buy in the first place. Even after researching, I can safely say that I'm not techy at all. It goes over my head.It came really well packaged and came with it's own sort of carrying bag, which I assume is really helpful if/when bringing it in to a tech fixy-place. (': All the cables inside are very neatly placed and that's probably why I had no trouble at all with wires falling out of place when I removed the foam packaging. It was really easy to set up - once everything was plugged in and ready, it immediately loads up Microsoft and Windows 11. It has a few options and apps already on the desktop - like an RGB remote app? And an app that allows you to register the PC? (Question marks because they're probably not apps, but icons that take you places)It has 2 DP and 2 HDMI ports in the graphics card, so ideally you could use this PC with 4 monitors. It also has 4 USB ports in the back, as well as 2 at the top... so that worked out well for me. Works well with wired keyboard/mouse/speakers.It also came with its own wifi antenna thingy (': Super easy hook-up and I just velcro'd that bad boy on my desk. It's a lightweight plastic material - I'm sure people replace it or use their own, but it works fairly well.I think it's pretty good aesthetically and technologically 🤖 Great for inexperienced people like myself (:

Smooth and capable.
18 months in, and this system runs smooth as butter, handling everything I throw at it with ease. It's more or less what I would have built myself, with little overhead added cost.

Runs Smoothly
My husband plays many games and it runs smoothly and effortlessly. He says “It runs really well for all games”. Very good purchase for our family.

Great Gaming PC… but some issues*
While I haven’t played any super high end games, it can run other games fairly well. I even downloaded the infamous Yandere Simulator to test and see if it could run (and because it’s free). It ran on maximum settings with zero lag. I’ve also ran the Sims 4 and Team Fortress 2 on maximum settings with zero issues. As I buy or test out more complex or high end games, I’ll update my review based on how well it ran.*I do have some issues, though. Maybe it’s just my PC in particular, since I had bought a slightly used one from here. So take what I’m going to say next with a grain of salt.*I have two issues. Those being the poor Bluetooth range and Wifi range. I had to buy a Wifi extender, even though my other devices can connect to the internet from my room just fine. I also had to buy a Bluetooth extender because I had glitchy audio despite being less than a foot away from the pc tower. I know the Bluetooth issue isn’t my headphones, because I’ve used them on various devices (phones, tablets, and even other computers) with zero issues.I’m not sure how the Bluetooth and Wifi range is so bad with my PC. But considering I was able to solve the issues with the help of other devices, because of how well the PC runs otherwise, and also since it wouldn’t surprise me if the previous owner or shipping caused some sort of internal damage to the PC (which would attribute the poor Wifi and blue tooth quality to an outside factor, rather than the manufacturer)…I’ve chosen to keep this Gaming PC tower and give it 4 stars.

Do not recommend! My desktop worked for a few hours and then crashed and won't load anymore.
Ordered a new desktop for Black Friday. Came a couple days later than originally claimed, but that's OK and expected around this busy holiday season. It came with extra keyboard and mouse, but no quick-start instructions like another reviewer said (even though it had a sheet saying to read the quick-start instructions). Found them online. Was very excited to use it. It seemed to load very quickly and I was able to download Valorant and start playing in under an hour. Played fine for an hour on the first day, but on the second day the computer screen froze after an hour of gaming (in the middle of a game). I had to turn off the computer and after turning back on, it no longer loads Windows! It just gets stuck in the system BIOS screen. After some internet searching, it looks like the SSD is not being recognized since BIOS says there's no bootable devices. Tried to follow a provided flowchart that came with the desktop on simple debugging techniques (like suggested actions of unplugging cords, re-inserting RAM, SSD, etc.) but none of this changed anything. This has been so frustrating! It's been about 3-4 hours of debugging since it crashed and nothing has worked.Left a message for customer support and waiting to hear back if they have any suggestions to fix this (they are not available outside of normal business hours). If no luck, I plan to return this. Will provide an update.Overall, even if it gets fixed, I *do not* recommend this to anyone else - it's not worth the headache of trying to fix and this company clearly has quality assurance issues. For me, the whole point of buying a pre-built was to avoid this kind of debugging!

So Far So Great
From first impressions and setting up it was simple and at ease, it didn’t come with a quick start guide but that’s ok, I used there digital version and that got me along just fine. It’s as advertised and that’s amazing. Note if you’re looking for the extra screws and stuff they are in the back metal compartment in the extra hard drive trays I guess that’s also according to who assembled your device. All I can say is hey I’m impressed so far and this is my first gaming PC so I’m giving it a go. The lighting RBG is wow it’s a first for me it definetly shows off all the PC has to offer inside, durability haven’t gotten the chance to test that yet but will update the review in the future, smoothness it exceeded my expectations for right out of the box. Also comes with a mouse and key board believe it or not it says on the listing just a power cord but in fine print you’ll find where it does come with those items not the best but hey there there.
