Worked Great! My daughter is in Spain (June 2018) as part of a study abroad program and we wanted to stay in touch but Verizon's $10 a day plan would have cost us close to $500 (which is what some of the other students did). So we decided to give this option a try instead. When she arrived in Madrid she replaced her sim with this one. Went to the web site on her phone, as instructed, and registered the phone and was immediately online. She did receive a new local (spanish) phone number.She has been in Spain for 3 weeks now and has had no issues with using the sim card for data access. She has been able to use it all around Madrid where they spent 3 days and for the last 2 1/2 weeks in Santander. The coverage has been very good as well. She is able to post on Facebook, use iMessage for chatting with her friends using iphones and WhatsApp to chat with those, like me, on Androids. VOIP calls have been very clear. You'd never guess she was calling from overseas.She has used about 3GB of her 5GB so far but a lot of that was used before arriving in Santander where she has wifi when at her host families house. She still has about 3 weeks to go so we will attempt to "recharge" the sim when she gets close to running out of data which should happen before the end of the sims 30 days.All in all, $60 versus $500. Fantastic deal.

This sim card worked great during my two week vacation in Europe. It activated very easily, however, it took some digging through the Amazon description to learn how, hence one less star. The instructions that are included are not clear, but very simple to use and it's already loaded with data. Just insert, boot up phone, no configuration need (besides enabling data roaming). Once connected, navigate to the activation website and click the button to activate your data. That's it. And it's 4G LTE data vs the other sims I've seen on Amazon. No complaints! Had 4G service coverage while in France, the Netherlands, and Norway for way less than my US carrier was going to charge. For anyone curious though, I am using an unlocked Samsung S9, which I had to unlock for my journey.

I have unlock Netgear Aircard 762S and I follow the instructions to activate my data sim card in France(Paris). It took be about 3 tries before I got to the website(add-on.ee.co.uk) but came up with error message. So, I tried again and could not get to activation page again. Whenever I try and enter the ee website, it keeps redirecting me to Aircard web admin page. On my Aircard, i see the "Roaming on Orange F"I have spent all morning trying to connect (3hrs wasted)!!!!Looks like I have to head over to local Orange store and get local card.

I got 95% 4G in Paris and 100% 4G in London. I was able to start using it as soon as I landed in Paris with Huawei E5577s-321. However, It did take several attempts to be activated.

I traveled to Spain, France, and Italy last week and this sim card works in non of these countries. I'm not sure if this sim card can only be activated under EE network. If so, just be aware EE network is not available in those countries I went.It's not like insert and activate that simple. I tried to open the activation webpage but it couldn't loaded. And you can't use WIFI to open the webpage. It forces you use cellular network and reload the webpage. So the webpage was never opened. I tried the APP, and successful put in sim number etc. and received a PIN number in message. Thinking it might finally work this time. And I typed in the PIN# then the system just gave me an ERROR msg said unable to complete!? System error, really??? Of course I tried to call tech support but the number couldn't even connected.The worst part is when I got back home the return window is already closed. I blame myself for leaving my country that long.

This should get 0 stars. I should have heeded the bad reviews, but decided to take a chance on this SIM card. Despite following all of the instructions exactly, I was never able to connect to the page where I could "activate" the SIM card. I was also unable to connect to the chat support, even when I had wifi. I spent several hours at various points on my trip trouble shooting this, to see if i could get it to work, but it never did. Needless to say, it caused some headache considering I expected to have internet connection and did not. It was a complete waste of money. I recommend buying a SIM card once you land in your destination. Several friends were able to easily get other SIM cards from local shops, for less money and which included talk and text.

Purchased this before we went to the United Kingdom. The product simply did not work in the phone we had, a LG Stylo 3. When we were finally able to find a phone number for customer service, I explained the problem to the "technician". I waited on "hold" for many minutes while he figured out what was wrong. After about ten minutes he said it would work within a couple hours, possibly the next day. It did not work...... My son went online and found a "fix" after a week of it not working. AFTER HE did the fix it barely worked. He had most "e" service? what is that??!! Incredibly slow. We eventually simply used my other son's phone as a hot spot and had a much better connection. Ironically that sim card was from the same company however we purchased that sim card in London. VERY disappointed in the product. Don't waste your money on this product.

This did NOT work in Munich, Germany, Paris France, Edinburgh Scotland, or London UK. Don't waste your money on it... I never got 4G on my Samsung S6 phone and the sign pop up window in now never came up. I was counting on this for data while on a three week vacation and was very disappointed.

When it works it's fine. Topping up was almost impossible with the SIM installed in the car. Stuck in an endless loop of trying to log in - in the end I gave up and bought a pay monthly SIM from Three.

This data sim was returned It was the seconded faulty sim both gobbled up data at the rate of 1 hr= 5 gig on emails etc been on the tel for hours to EE seems they are faulty

Bit of a problem getting connected as web site asking for 14 digit serial number and only 13 digit serial number on packaging. Managed to get there in the end.

Used this when my rental property had no WiFi, it worked great connection was fast and reliable!
