The watch is pretty good at all but the glucose readings. It is off by over 200 points at times, although it does show the direction the sugars are going. I am diabetic so was hoping for more accuracy. But all the other readings match my other device readings. I like that I can see texts come in without carrying my cellphone. So a mixed bag of results for me. I am disappointed but at this price point my expectations were low. I am not the typical diabetic. I am very thin. That may be part of the glucose reading differences.

I thought I would get hourly read out on glucose levels, it's done in a different way that needs to be converted to glucose number we understand. So when I look at glucose level I have to convert to the system I understand.

I was led to buy this watch because of the glucose monitor. It seems to be able to show me the trend of my sugar blood level increases and decreases. Level of Accuracy needs to be confirmed further with actual blood sticks , but the other parameters are quite spot on, in comparison with an actual measurement using traditional medical devices (bp cuff, pulse meter, o2 etc.). Try it for yourself to see if it will work for you, especially at the price Amazon has it for!

I cross checked it with my manual readings and it was more than on point!

I like it because it works as good as any I phone watch but with a very reasonable price

Is not user friendly and does not easily convert info to USA readings
